My brother is working as a Govt Employee. He was posted at a public dealing place last year. One person came and put Rs. 1500/- in his pocket secretly for taking revenge. He had informed the Anti corruption department before this act. The officers of Anti Corruption Department recovered the said money from his pocket and lodged a case of bribe against him. He was not trapped red handed as no colour was shown during washing of his hands by Anti Corruption team. The report of laboratory reveled of containing the phenolphthalein powder in the water of hand wash. The Eye Witness stated that the money had been recovered from his pocket but no statement for accepting the bribe. The report reveals that the bribe has been accepted by right hand and kept in left pocket of trouser by left hand. In this regard, please suggest your valuable advise to defend the case.

Hi,
I have received a lok adalat notice from HSBC bank asking me to pay the amount due on my credit.
Actually I had closed this card somewhere in 2008 as the bank had offered my reduced amount in 2 EMIs.
Now when I called the bank representative he is asking me to produce the receipts which I have lost.
Please advice what should I do now. The amount they are asking is Rs. 70000.

Respected Advocates,
“A” had gifted a land (self earned) to a private temple some 50 yrs back. It was registered in the name of statue (Dev Murti). The Purohit of the temple rented it to the son of “A’. Now the son and grandson of “A” are claiming the land and have stopped paying the rent. Now what recourse of law should the Purohit take?
Plz. Guide .
Thanks and great regards.

Hi All,
I purchased a peice of land which showed round of tenancy by collector ..so i purchased it..but the people who are claming to be tenants filed a case in the court regarding their rights..and not giving the possition, meanwhile they approched me for the compromise by claming money and i aggred to pay the money for the peaceful possition..so my question is what should documented legally in order to settel the issue and take the position of the land..
