Execution proceedings filed for attachment of immoveables.
delivery ordered.
Batta not paid. - EP dismissed for default
Two years later, an application was filed by decree holder under Sec 151 CPC to revive the order to pay batta.
Is the application maintainable ?

I am the only male member in our HUF and have a ownership office. When I checked with the bank about what happens in case of my death ? I was told that as there is no other male member I shall have to make a will in favour of my wife or daughters who are part of HUF for nominating one of them as Karta. I am still not satiesfied with this. Experts pl. clarify the correct law for such HUF.

My case in CAT is pending and the court has given direction to OP/Respondent to provide the information whether the result of the selection committee was declared or published and the matter has been twice adjourned
I am 100% sure that fault has been committeed from the side of the respondent
If I file the additional affidavit before the court on the basis of my averments and documents which have already been filed whether it will going to be helpful?
Whether the court will not taken it reverse as I have already filed so many Miscallneous petition in the main petition?

MY self Sudip Raja. Residng at Gujarat State. Recentaly My younger Brother death.We are in joint family & we have propritery ship firm. So we have huf amount on my father name Mr. chandulal raja & he is also karta of above said huf. My quetion is that as per indian civil law & indian income tax law in above said huf amount my younger brother wife become a legal hair of this amount ??

If a decree is passed in 1998. Then execution is filed in 1999 and the same is dismissed in default. Now at this time what could be the remedy?
Q1. Can execution be restored as 12years have passed since dismissal?
Q2. Can sec.5 of limitation will provide any help in this regard?

A. Is there any judgement, where it proves that the student is not a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act?
B. Is there any judgement, where it proves that the credit card holder is not a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act?

sir, ihave filed an r.t.i regarding the pendency status of my own review petition pending under min.of defence. in response to that application they have told me that information seeking by me is not covered u/s 2(f)of rti act. against that order i have filed an appeal to higher r.t.iauthorities.they have not interfere with the order of rti authority.nw what is the legal remedy lies against that action.plz help me with proper procedure and citation to follow as m very poor man and going to retire after 3months and dont have money to arrange a lawyer. thanxs in advance

if such disput arises,and suit for ownership,and for possession, injuntion by one party against other.both have sale deeds,affadavits of nighbours

hi...
i m about to buy a house of a dead man.and now this house is in the name of his widow and two sons...where one son is under age (17 yrs. complete). now my question is can this under age boy enter in to the leagel doccumantation or / registry formalities ?
