Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 23 January 2011 This query is : Resolved 
our landlord never issued a rent receipt but he used to accept rent from us.we have ration card,election card for the same room.now he has filed a case to evict us claiming that he had given us the room for free of charge because we were poor.we are in possesion of room since 1972.is it possible to evict us.
