can a unregistered agreement to sell a property legally enforced though the money received was in cash,by poa holder, from two peoples in that one is dead.what can a court rule dcree or refund with interest,pls help.

Contempt Of Court Act, 1971
Section - 8. Other defences not affected - Nothing contained in this Act shall be construed as Implying that any other defence which would have been a valid defence in any proceedings for contempt of court has ceased to be available merely by reason of the provisions of this Act.
Section 9. Act not to imply enlargement of scope of contempt- Nothing contained in this Act shall be construed as implying that any disobedience, breach, publication or other act is punishable as contempt of court which not be so punishable apart from this Act.
Question : Pls can anybody give me the example with the case laws. Pls
2) If I have taken admission for law study in a college in mumbai so is there any thing contained under the advocate act, 1961 that a person how is a student cant work for part time or full time or cant fill the Income Tax Return pls guide me on it. With the case laws or any section .

Hello Sir/Madam,
My flat is having leakage problem from the above flat from last 1.5 years. It is happening above my flat's main switch board. I have already taken up this matter to the society chairman, but he said this should be sorted by me and above flat owner. Even I pointed out the mistake during the construction (Waterproofing pipe is missing for the above flat), but he refused to take this matter any further.
I tried to resolve this on my own by approaching the above flat owner, but he refused to cooperate first. After constant nagging, they allowed me to do the fix, but leakage still exist. The fix needs complete remove of tiles of their toilet and it would take 3-4 days. They are refusing to co-operate anymore.
Please guide me to resolve this legally. The construction is 4 years old and I purchased this flat as resale.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Does the adopted son will have Right to enjoy the property of Natural father?
My father was adopted when he was 14 years old with all proper legal procedures.
my grandfather has 3 sons (including my father), and only my father was adopted by grand fathers brother.
Please let us know if there were any earlier judgements or Acts or Laws indicting my father has right to ask the share in property of Natural father.

Sir,
If some ancestral property (agricultural land) was in the hands of grand father, same was bequeath by him through registered WILL in favor of his son (my father) only and my father was again bequeath said property through registered WILL in favor of his son (my brother) only.
Sir my question is that Now the above said property in hands of son (my brother) is considered as ancestral property or it has been lost its category as ancestral property and whether same has been becomes an self quired property of son (my brother)?
MY second question is that the sisters (we) of above said son have any right in the said property or not.

Dear sir,i have purchased shop in ahmedabad during f.y 2009-10 in which 50% portion is occupied by tenant since 15 years who has paid rent of Rs.100 p.m to old landlord.now i want to know following
can i revise the rent according to current market rate i.e 3500 p.m ?
what is legal right available to me to vacat the old tenant?

Sir,
My Original Application (O.A) before CAT was admitted on 07/12/2010 and issued notices to the Respondent returnable on 31/01/2011
Thereafter I filed Miscellaneous Application(M.A) which was listed with O.A on 11/01/2011 under 'FOR DIRECTIONS' Category. The CAT passed an order returnable on 31/01/2011
I filed another M.A for addition of documents on 24/1/2011 with the hope and with usual practice that it will be listed on 31/01/2011
When I saw the cause list for 31/01/2011 , i surprised to find that none of my M.A was listed with O.A which falls under 'AFTER NOTICE' category
My query is whether its usual practice not to list M.A with O.A when it falls under 'AFTER NOTICE' Category
Whether I should file the separate M.A before the bench for issuing directions to the Registry for not listing the matter with O.A?

My husband had borrowed
1)Education loan for his UnderGraduation from a bank through his dad.
Year:2003 (State Bank of India)
Amount: Rs.60,000
2)He had purchased a Laptop for education
Year:2005 (Corporative Bank)
Amount: Rs.40,000(Through his dad)No Security or property pledged.
After he got a job in UAE with a small salary of Rs.10,000 with company bachelor accomdation,& after his basic expense he was sending money around Rs.8000-9000 to his parents to pay-off the loans.
But only when he went to India he realised they had not paid a penny to the bank.Now after recession situation has become worser and his income is just sufficient for us to live.Now bank had started bothering his parents.
My question is:
1. When the loan was borrowed he was 20yrs of age .Can the bank proceed legally against him or his parents?
2. His parents or he has no property such as (Land or other assests).In this circumstance, how will the bank recover the loan?
