my mother passed away in april this year . i have collected the death certificate from the corporation but noticed that certificate is not showing neither husbands name nor name of her father and mother . are these details must in the death certificate .
will this create any problem in getting the succession certificate from the court as she has not left any will .

My brother has taken personal loan of 1 lakh in 2012 After paying few EMI, he lost his job. The he could not pay the emi.
He absconded from the loan. From 2014 he is doing job,but did not pay any EMIS. Now he is wanting to clear the loan amount as he has some savings. My question is now what is the way to do it. He fears bank must have moved to court and in case any NBW is issued his job will be in trouble. Is there any way to know that you have NBW against your name. If NBW is there, can brother avoid jail punishment ,if he clears the loan outstanding.Is it possible. Pls guide what to do.My brother does not want jail.

I am trying to sell My property in Navi Mumbai in a residential complex and has requested society to issue NOC to the prospective buyer in regards to that the dues and the required documents have already been submitted and cleared. During my purchase of the said property, the Share certificate was directly issued in My Name as the first owner didn't apply for a society Membership and Share certificate. The details of the same have been mentioned in the society Letterhead and have been given to me during my Property purchase transaction The same document has been submitted to present committee members
However, even after proper submission of papers the society is denying and holding the NOC past 1 and half month The reason which they give is the Share Certificate doesn't have the First owners name, & I personally will need to get a written confirmation from the owner that he during the Membership Tenure didn't apply for a Membership & Also a written communication from earlier committee members asking for a clarification why the Share certificate has been issued to the Second party directly
The submitted documents do clarify and justify the transaction I personally feel the society is keeping the NOC on hold for no good reason and has been harassing me by providing Lame excuses, I would like to know if I can proceed against them legally or at least send them a notice to issue the NOC

The Property owner was died and he had wife, 2 daughters and 1 son. The son was missed more than 30 years but no compliant has filed in the police station and one daughter also died and she didn't had marriage now his wife and one daughter only alive. I want to know the procedure for civil death and suit declaration,and Any citation is available for this case ?

Dear Sir,
Mrs X has taken loan from one bank and me along with mr x stood as a guarantor and I have paid the loan to bank and filed suit for recovery against them for amount paid by me to bank. It was ex-party decreed as none has appeared and in execution baliff taken a cheque of MR X in favour of court for decreetal amount on behalf of MRs X (JD) but due to some reasons that date of the cheque has been lapsed as some applications were pending and now the query is can we take that cheque from court and file civil recovery suit against mr x on the basis of that cheque as he has issued the chque on the behalf of mrs X and he become surety under execution of decree.MRS x has died and nothing has been inherited by MR x from her so only thing which is left with me is CHK issued by MR X in favour of Court received by baliff under execution . Please help me I am confused as not getting the proper advice from anyone.

I have booked a flat with a builder for rs.1.90 crore and given him advance rs.54lakhs.it is a redevelopment project.the construction has not yet started and the builder is demanding Gst money frm me.what should i do ?is it right on the part of the builder to ask for gst?
