In lower Court, Probate authorisation was given to the Executors for the Will of a mother.
It was appealed in the High Court and a divisional bench (2 Judges) first stayed the lower court order and then after full appeal hearing over 7 years,the HC overturned the verdict of the lower court. And declared the Will null n void as was very suspicious in nature and and with incorrect contents.
(one asset shown in Will as "life interest asset' when in fact "absolute ownership" asset and another asset "missing" in the Will).This among various other things very clearly brought out in the Judgement.
Executors have gone to the Supreme Court with a SLP (Civil) which still not come up for hearing.
In the meantime the person who went to the High Court has died but two of the other heirs have challenged the SLP.
Is this in order or faulty unless the widow of the HC complainant joins in (she is too poor to do so).
In the light of advanced age of the litigants is there any way to get this matter expedited.

1) (Transfer of employee is sole right of employer )
2)They (they means the employer & not the representative appoint by him or POA) can not change nature of work as per apointment letter. Employee can chalange the change in appointment conditions. in the court ?
Anybody have the case laws pls it is urgent

dear reader
my insurance claim for theft of tata safari car has been repudiated on the grounds of keys not matching by ICICI lombard
at the time of submitting the calim we gave them two keys out of which one was original and the other was the copy of the same as one key was lost earlier.
how can the calim be protected ,please guide me

My paternal uncle (who was a bachelor) passed away leaving behind
me (son of a previously deceased brother),
my cousin sister (daughter of a previously deceased sister, married)and
my paternal aunt (sister, married).
My question is, that who is/are the legal heir/heirs of my deceased uncle ?

My client's costly car was hit by a tipper in a Highway . The loss is estimated at Rs 6,00,0000/- .There is no personal injury involved. My query is for the damage caused to the vehicle can MACOP be filed or a original suit for damages should be filed. Any relevant case laws ?

Notarized Copies are not admissible as primary evidence as per the indian evidence act, 1872 ? can we exhibit Notarized Copies as original are not available or lost ? Is there any specific provsions in CPC or indian evidence act, 1872 that Notarized Copies should not be exhibit or are not primany evidence & it has been said that it is a secondary evidence which hs no value in the eye's of law & it cannot be exhibit at all ?
can we exhibit affidavit in which a person has said that the following document which are attested to the best of knowledge are true & affair or we have to exhibit the documents which are attested to the affidavit or both should be exhibited becasue he is a a expert in that filed along with he showns the degree has that he is a expert in it ?

One of our expert in this forum say that it was D series while exhibiting thr document so i want to known about the series which i have never ever heard of it ?
Exhibits in the D series and vice versa. So is there any more series like A,B,C 7 SO ON..................
If yes than can anybody explain me the what are those series. ? & series are not mentioned than what ? actually if possilbe can anybody send me the replica of any exhibit series like a,b,c, & on........ so i cn understand more in detail that what do u mean by exhibit series & actuall there are how many types of seies.
