I have done LL.B course from evening college and was engaged in job for short period and was enrolled for advocate. No, I am jobless and in mid thirties and have not much courage to start the practice and stand up with energetic lawyers who are ready work with low income under senior lawyers (as they have little responsibilities with their families)
Apart from this, I don't have much expertise on any specialised subject.
I have heard some universities offer Post gradute diploma in Corporate laws, business laws etc.
I would like to ask from the experts as by doing post graduate diploma in corporate laws will be helpful in finding the quick placement in any law firm as I am residing in the Delhi metro
Or I should start the practice under senior lawyer with very low income?

Property dealer has filed a litigation of mandatory Injunction against us.
Pls suggest me, what legal action should l take against the forged WILL and real uncle

Dear Sir,
The order of Tribunal in regards to service matter has gone against me on 2oth Feb 2011 and I filed the Review Petition which was admitted and issued notices to the respondents returnable on 26th April 2011. But was not adjourned due to non availability of bench members to 26 May 2011.
My queries are:
1 Whether I should wait for disposal of the review Petition in case if it again get adjourned on 26th May 2011 to some other date?
Or should I filed the writ petition instantly ?
2Whether High Court would not against it merits for delay?
3 If Review Dismissed Whether I would have to challenge both the orders I.E 20 Feb 2011 as well as 26th May 2011 or only 20th Feb 2011?
Thanking you in anticipation

Dear Sir,
Please help.
My lawyer has informed me that, before hearing of my case, a similar other case came on table, wherein the hon'ble judge of state forum expressed that, 'the matter related to flat possesion does not come under perview of consumer court and court is not here for giving flat possession order, and that consumer court orders are limited to compensation for defects, deficiencies, mental agony, etc.'
So, based on this my lawyer advises me to file a suit if I want flat possesion.
I have read citations on this platform and also few media news about Consumer forum orders on flat possession matter. However, what my lawyer tell and advice me, does contradict with this.
As, I am unsure of the validity of my lawyer's claim on the issue, I would appreciate if learned counsel in this forum has any say in support or against this issue.
Thanks.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am an ex-defence person and staying at Mumbai while my parents are staying at Kolkata at Ancestral Property.
A tenant is staying at part of our premises since long and my father is continuing a civil suite to evict the tenant since last 25 years.
But now I an assuming the civil suite is not having any strength as my father is unable to prove that we need the portion of tenant for our personal use.
Can anybody guide me how I can help my ailing parent to evict the premises, as the tenant is politically influenced and mentally tortures my parent for by abusing every time.
Request Help / guide to get strong ground to evict tenant

Claim for Title & Ownership of Land
Dear Sir/s,
After two generations beginning 1930, we came to know recently a piece of ancestral land belonging to our fore-fathers who cultivated for many years and left the place for good.
Fortunately, the land is still lying vacant and incorporated into municipal limits from panchayat few years ago.
Names of our fore-fathers had been confirmed with revenue land records.
Please suggest the means/method to claim our ancestral land by the family members who are legal heirs in the absence of any record available.
