Some persons purchase and register flat in their wife's name for loan/tax purpose. What is the legal status of such persons for housing society meetings and voting purpose?
Can such persons be called after 25 years of existence of the society?

I need to file EP for execution of the decree passed in my favour for possession of a property in delhi and mesne claimed. Now, how do I find the details of the assets of the JD, all the troubles have been thrown at the aggrieved party and the JD is sitting pretty by way of illegal possession of the property over a decade. I as a DH have been spending monies on lawyers fee, running from pillar to post to retrive documents, paying alomost everybody for help in the case. The indian laws are entirely made up to make the thief get scot free, the financial frauds perpetrated on scores of people because the thief knows the court can do nothing to him. I would welcome your expert view, can the court force the JD to divule his assets, source of incomes, bank a/c details etc. How can a DH find out such private details of anybody, other than spending huge amount of monies to pay private investigator and even than DH is not sure if he/she ever get his money from the JD given the horrible indian laws which protect the thief and culprits.

If any one not accept the court summon and return it then what will be the law against him & what action will be taken by the court.

when two vehicle were classed and one of which capsized opon a padetrian who died on spot ,case has been filled against the one vehicle which was capsized, is the vehicle will only liable?

57. Fractions of terms of punishment. -- In calculating fractions of terms of punishment, 4[ imprisonment] for life shall be reckoned as equivalent to 4[ imprisonment] for twenty years.
55. Commutation of sentence of imprisonment for life.-- In every case in which sentence of 4[ imprisonment] for life shall have been passed, 5[ the appropriate Government] may, without the consent of the offender, commute the punishment for imprisonment of either description for a term not exceeding fourteen years.
Query: I understood the meaning of section 55 but confused on section 57 as what does it means is it relevant with section 55 or not which will prevail whether 14 years or 20 years pls clarify me in detail confused whar does the section 57 wants to convey ?

Indian Penal Code, 1860 Section 54
1) Section 54. Commutation of sentence of death.-- In every case in which sentence of death shall have been passed, 3[ the appropriate Government] may, without the consent of the offender, commute the punishment for any other punishment provided by this Code.
Query: so can we say after reading the abovementioned section lines which says
(may, without the consent of the offender, commute the punishment for any other punishment provided by this Code.) the court can so without the consent of the offender charge also punishment other than mentioned punishment mentioned u/s. 54 Clarification needed.

daughter inlaw who has remarried can't claim, on the arrears of the family pension of her husband, which has been granted to mother inlaw (now deceased).

I alongwith my three married sisters, residing at our residence, but my parents says that we are going to sell the house (property is in my mother's name purchase by my father)they didn't give any share even one room in that house, how can I resist such case because I have no other alternative, can I file for partition against my parents for getting my share or what?
