agreement to sell

A entered into an agreement with B to purchase land from B @ rs. 5,00,000/-.
Then A entered into another agreement with C to sell the same land @ rs. 6,00,000/-, promising that he will either get the sale deed executed in favour of C directly from B or he will firstly get the sale deed executed in his favour and then he will execute the sale deed in favour of C.
But C directly gets the sale deed executed in his favour from B, ignoring his agreement with A.
What are the remedies of A against B and C ?

share in the property

Esteemed experts,
My father had 2 wives. I am last daughter of 2nd wife . My father died in 2000. My mother died last year. Ist wife is alive with her only son. II wife has 2 sons and 3 daughters.
My father had self-acquired properties. During his life time, in 1996, I purchased a site from my father(His self-acquired) by paying market rate. Later I sold the site and purchased another site out of the sale proceeds.
My father died intestate. Ist wife and her son claim all the remaining property as their own and that we don’t have a share. Also they claim half of the sale proceeds of the site sold by me.
1. Don’t we the children of 2nd wife have a share in the remaining property?
2. Can they claim the share in the sale proceeds of the site?

This case was dismissed as withdrawn in the year 2009 but the society disconnected poewr supply to my room from meter so that I can not use or rent out the office nor it is givingme NOC for getting a separate electric meter . 3) I now due to continued harrasment and forced closure of my business want to file a civil suit for damages of Rs. 10Lacs against the society and have the proof for it. Experts pl. guide if: a) Is there is any time frame or limitation clause for filling the recovery suit? b) Can I file it in High Court and under what sections of civil procedure code as the civil suit was dismissed in 2009 in the City Civil Court at Mumbai?

Arbitration

Contract entered at Chennai, containing Arbitratrion clause with seat of arbitration agreed to be at Chennai. No agreement with respect to court jurisdiction. Section 9 application filed at Bangalore as the immoveable property is situated within jurisdiction of Bangalore, is it maintainable at Bangalore court ?

In case of award to be passed at Chennai, Section 34 appeal can be filed only at cheenai or at Bangalore ?

In this background, for both section 9 and 34 of the act, which is the court has jurisdiction ? Any citation in support of the said opinion ?

Later again the plaintiff intends to invoke arbitration clause and files section 9 accplication. In this back ground, will section 12 read with order 23 rule 1(4) of cpc will come into play ? Plaintiff having abondened his claim in the suit and allowed the suit to be dismissed for default be allowed to agitate his claim again through arbitration ?
