Dear Sir,
A mutual consent divorce has been settled in 2004.
Can a party apply for reopening of the case after 7 years in 2011.
If so, what provision will be used to reopen.
regards

Dear Sir
I am staying abroad for long and during my absence I have found that my flat was given without my knowledge and without my consent to some person by my relatives. Upon my raising objection, flat was vacated and I took possession of the said flat. On getting possession of my flat I found that all the furniture from my flat was removed also my personal and most important documents such as my Income tax documents, Bank pass book and documents, Ration Card, Domicile certificate of the state, School Report card, Certificates, previous Employment papers were also not there.
As I had to return back immediately to my work place I didn’t have time to investigate the matter. I am planning to visit India in next couple of months and find more about my furniture which must be valued around 6 Lakh and to regain my important documents.
I am aware all this miss-deeds is the work of our close relatives. They have misguided my mother who is 80years and is responsible for removal of furniture from flat and used the funds gained from the disposal of this furniture. I hope seek legal advice and also protection for myself for this matter.
Kindly advice.
Thanking you in anticipation
Yours faithfully

Sir,
I am seeking information in regrads to the Judgment given by Hon'ble Supreme Court in State of Karnatka Vs uma devi in which the apex court has given direction that adhoc employee despite of working for so long cannot claim regularisation which is binding on all courts such as CAT, HC
My query is that if adhoc employee working for fairly long discontinued from services and the employees allege that he has been victimised by his employer on the grounds of previous petition filed aginst him.
Whether he can made appeal into court or its worthless to file and contest the case because of judgment given by the Hon'ble apex court consisting of 5 judges ?

My mother had purchased lease-hold rights for 999 years of a Society's comlete bunglow plot in 1969 by a registerd lease-deed in 1969 itself as Member and the "lessee".
In 1995 mother made certain "Will" of this complete bunglow plot and got it registerd.
In 2003 mother surrenderd her lease-hold rights of this complete plot along with membership of the said society by a registerd surrender-deed.(COPY OF DETAIL CLAUSES is ATTACHED)
In 2003 this same complete plot was given on fresh registerd lease-deed again of 999 years to my father as "The Member" and my mother as "The Co-Member" togather as the "Lessee"
1) Is mother's 1995 "Will" applicable today, for the combined fresh lease-deed of 2003.? OR,Is the "Will" of 1995 deemed to be extinguished ?
My mother expired in 2004 without making a fresh "Will" for half share as Co-Memember in the said plot.
2) Can my father make his "Will" for the complete plot without making a fresh registerd lease-deed of the complete plot on his sole name.?
3) What about my mother's right of fresh "Will" for half share as Co-member?
May I please request the experts to let me have the answers for each of 1) 2) and 3) Seperately.....Thank you very much.

The operative portion of the order verbatim is as follows.

Please clarify whether the above prevents us from further construction of the house in the disputed property, the construction of which is complete till roof moulding level.
Whether i should file writ petition before high court or the review petition before the cat?
Sir,
I have been working on adhoc basis for 12 years in Institute and my services have been discontinued by my employer as my previous order of CAT become ineffective pertaining to my selection
Therafter, my employer had terminated my services as he get infuriated because I had filed Contempt Petition which he had taken personally
I filed the Original Application (OA) against discontinuation My original petition was dismissed by the CAT only on the basis of this judgment Uma devi Vs state of karnatka doctrine of legitimate expectation
In separate thread experts have informed me that i can challenge on the ground of victimisation which the Ld CAT has missed it and passed the order by relying on that Judgment
I have mentioned clearly in my petition that I had been singled out and has been openly discriminated by employer who declined to provide further extension
I have filed the RTI application from my employer whose reply is yet to come seeking information about the total strength of adhoc employees working In Institute
My query is whether I should plead under Review Petition before CAT or file Writ Petition before the High Court stating that discriminatory treatment has given to me
I have no faith in CAT judges what they speak prior to the making the order the reserved and what the order comes are usually totally differnt. They have very soft touch policies with the state
