Sir/Madam,
I had been granted an ex-parte interim injunction restraining my relatives to enter into my land and not to disturb my possessional rights. But unfortunately after seeing this also my relatives entered into my land and removed my survey stones and even ploughed the land with unknown persons. Under what sections can i lodge police complaint against them and what is the punishment for violation of court injunction order.

Is there any standard fees recommended by the Bar council in India ? Do the advocates in Delhi High Court charge as per their whims or as per bar council ? Do they charge as per no.of years of practice? Say 5-10, 10-15, 15-20 years? My friends lawyer charges him 1 0000 per hearing even when the judge is absent and with 5 cases going and 4 hearings per month & no sign of a judgement my friend will be reduced to penury with no justice in sight.Please suggest what to do.

sir i have two loans one as used car loan and another one is pl. i paid 17-18 installments for the used car loan and 23-25 of pl out of 36. now due to losses in business i am not able to pay the installmetns since last one year. as i have changed my residense to a rented one and my ph. nos. are also changed now. i requested the bank officials to settle the same but it lingered on at that time. i settled my od a/cs,credit cards a/cs,other pl's after selling my property but these two remained pending. now what action i can take to clear them but at this time i have no work to do and short of cash.ecs's are getting bounced of installemtns.regards

I am doing Transport business and also having some trucks in my name,i used to hire trucks from another transporters adjoining to my city,but problem is this some criminal types persons poses themselves as president/designated of truck union are threatning me to stop my business or join their so called union,they further threatned that they will forcibly stop my trucks,police is not taking any action against them bcoz police is getting bribe/BEGAR from them.i have no sufficient means to move before Highcourt ,can i file any civil suit before Civil courts in my city for restraining them from threatning and their illegal acts.Kindly advice. Thanks

Dear Experts,
This query is for my academic knowledge
X is a married male without any children.
Y is the wife of X
R is the mother of X
S is the father of X
X is working as a Manager in a private company and in his records he entered his father and Mother ie. R & S as his nominee before marriage.
X also taken an Insurance Policy and Entered R & S as his Nominee before marriage.
Now X died in an accident and Y got legal heir certificate from competent authority including R as legal heirs.
The doubt is now who has the right to claim the monetary benefits of X lying before the Company and Insurance.
and Please differentiate the meaning between Nominee and Legal Heirs.

Can we ask developer to pay stamp duty & registration in advance after IOD or CC is obtained from concern department. If yes, then please tell that it is safe.

Sir,
I have been selected by DSSB examination in year 2008 and I had received appointment letter in August 2009 for the post of Audiometric Asst at Govt Hospital. During at time my CAT case aginst AIIMS for regularisation of service (as I had been working on adhoc basis )was pending and I had made request for extending the period of Joining till disposal of the matter.. I lost my case for regularisation in June 2011 and I made by representation to the Govt Hospital for appointment of Audiometric Asst Post which was refused that my request cannot be accede to after a gap of 2 years as per prevailing Recruitment Rules

dear sir,
my brother encroached on my property at delhi and was running a guest house on it claiming that he is using for residential purposes.
i filed a suit for possession last year.
in aug 2011 the high court sent alocal commissioner to investigate.
the local commissioner has given in his report that the floor was used a guest house whereupon the court sought an undertaking from the defendant that he shall use the floor only for residential purposes and ordered that he shall pay market rent if i plaintiff win the suit for possession.
i have lots of evidences of the guest house being advertised in the past seven years at various tourism and travel websites. however as these are websites no owner of website shall depose.
what is the present attitude of high courts towards evidences filed through screen shots of various pages of websites.
would these evidences be recorded in judgement or will they be not deemed as evidence and be unmarked documents.
what is the importance of these documents to prove the extent of the advertisements for the guest house and the dates from which the guest house operates.
as stated earlier the court commissioner has submitted a report of the use of the floor for guest house.
but i want to strengthen my case for mesne profits on the basis of rates specified in the websites and from the dates from which the guest house was advertisied at various websites.

Landlord in delhi refused to return security deposit
Hi,
I rented a flat of Mr. Ujjal singh Lucky C-22, sri radha apartment, sector 9, dwarka, new Delhi in April 2010 and paid Rs. 26,000 as security deposit.
Later, I gave a notice of one month to vacate in October 2010. paid all the society charges etc.
Landlord came to delhi from bathinda and collected all the receipts and keys.
I had to return him three house keys and a LPG gas pipe, after which he promised to return the security deposit.
I sent him the house keys and gas pipe through courier. it was received. he is not taking my phone calls and messages now.
He has refused to pay back Rs 26000 security deposit and is not talking now.
please help me
