Eviction suit

I have a spacious shop where I am doing business and a portion of it is rented out to a tenant 70 yrs back. I have filed an eviction suit against him for bonafide requirement. Now I am renting out a small portion to a limited company. To avoid my case failing against my tenant, I have been advised to get into a Management agrement where that company will show it is managing the business for me and also paying me management commission of Rs 28000/-pm. Will the court accept this and still evict the tenant.

Dear all,

if there is a suit filed in the high court, can the parties to the suit file a consent terms by giving reference that the parties have settled the matter by paying sum of money payable by the defendant to third person? is it necessary in such case to make third person party to the Suit or Consent Terms or the court will accept the consent terms without asking any question about the third party?

Non attendance in agm of a co op. society

Cooperation Commissioner and Registrar of Co op. Societies, Maharashtra State Pune had issued letter/circular dated 15/03/2010 to all subordinate offices, regarding complaints of members against committees/administrators.First item in that letter was about absentee of members in AGM and not taking part in election. There is a suggestion in that regard that Society should impose a fine in their AGM, Accordingly, our society passed a resolution in our AGM on 4/7/10 to impose fine of amount of Rs. 500. I could not attend special general meeting held on 10/10/10. But I gave intimation (by letter)about my absence at the time of meeting. However in the AGM on 17/7/11, my intimation was rejected on the ground that it was given during meeting and the reason was not adequate. I have been fined Rs.500. Is this process is good in law? Thanks in anticipation
