Cancellation of a gpa

Hi

I have given a GPA to one person as part of sale of my site in Bangalore. This GPA is not registered, but the same is notarised. As per the GPA, I have given all my rights related to my site to this person. Actually this GPA is part of my sale of the site to him. How ever he had given me a post dated cheque with value date of mone month ahead of the GPA date. But the cheque is not cleared. I spoke to him, he told me to present afet few days. Now it is almost five months and again I presented the cheque and the same is bounced again. Now He is not receiving my call and the cheque is valid only for another twenty days.

Please let me know how I can cancel the above said GPA. He is not receiving my call. Also He is not available in the address given in the GPA. He has shited his house and I do not have his new address.

request your suggestions on this.

Thank you all for the suggestion. How ever is it enough if I publish only in the news papers ??. Will the GPA automatically get cancelled ??. What will happen if the notice I sent is not reached to him ?.
Can he change the ownership of my site to his name or somebody else using only my GPA ?. I have not given him my other oroginal sal deeds. It is still with me. he has given me some money and the cheque is for 4,50,000.00. Will he misuse my GPA and sell my site to somebody else ??.

Tree cutting

1. A tree was cut in the year 1999.
I have made complain with regard to tree cutting to TREE AUTHORITY of that Jurisdiction in year 2011.

2. I had asked information with regard to complain to TREE AUTHORITY.

3. TREE AUTHORITY was not having records of the said tree cutting, but they have written complain to concern Police Stn. to investigate the matter and lodge prosecution against culprit under Maharashtra (Urban Areas) Protection & Preservation of Trees Act 1975. this year.

4. Period of 4 months is lapsed and still Police is under investigation as per Inspector reply to me.

Queries

1. What is the retention period of tree cutting record by concerned authority.

2. Is my complain to TREE AUTHORITY time barred / law of limitation applies.

3. Can I proceed to magistrate for ordering enquiry in said matter.

Privacey of identity and address in courts

Mr. A has some disputes of serious nature with Mr. B. To avoid trouble and live peacefully Mr. A leaves the city and starts living in some other far away city so that Mr. B does not know his address or whereabouts.

Now Mr. A wants to approach High Court or Supreme Court as party in person for some other writ matter.

Is there any way Mr. A can protect his name and address? Or instead provide his email only for contact by the court? Or any way to ensure that the judgement does not reflect his name, address etc. on court documents, website and legal publications?

Single suit divided to 3 different suits

If plantiff filed the case against defendant for declaration Title for 3 properties of defendant that is located in same juridiction but in 3 different survey nos in same city & at initial proceedings if defendant requested court to divide the suit for 3 suits for 3 different properties & give judgment independently for 3 suits but examined both the parties proceedings for 3 different properties at a same time so that correct judgment can be expected foe each property & same is admitted by plantiff.
1)Then court can divide as per defendant request & plantiff admitted

Impact of not attending mact case on respondent.

Hi,

I have a currently a MACT case in progress.

I have already filed written statement and judge have asked Petioner to file evidences via affidavit.
Since I have currently moved out of the city it is not possible for me to attend the further hearings.
I have following queries.
1. What will be the impact on the respondent(me) if neither me nor my lawyer attends the case from now onwards.
2. I have decided to continuously moniter the progress on the each hearing via cause list website and then if needed ask my lawyer to attend susequent hearing to clarify my stand(if anything goes against me). This is inline with the suggestion from some of the esteemed experts of the forum.
3. Please let me know if I need to take care of anything else.

Please note that I had a valid insurance and valid DL at the time of accident and lawyer from insurance company is currently attending the case.
