My mother disowneed to my brother & his wife by legaly and publish it in newpaper.

but they are not going from our house. we register a complaint in police station but police told us

to go civil court .

now i wants to know that the procedure of civil court case . The period of the case and how much

the cost of this case.

actually civil dispute will not take complaint at police station, best engage a lawyer, you can approach LCI or delhi bar counsel.
