Dear Experts,
After hearing both sides (also numbered as Civil Appeal) Judgment and Decree of the High Court was confirmed by the Supreme court and dismiss the appeal.
Does the appeal dismissal Judgment will carry a decree with it?
OR
Will the Supreme court draw a Decree for all the Civil Appeal Judgment, whether it was Allowed or Dismissed?
Thanking in advance

Sir,
"A" who was ex service man of Asam Rifles, married to "B". Then after some years he married with "c".
In 1996 "B" filed an application under 125 Cr.P.C. in which court gave the finding that When "B" married to "A", "B"'s husband was alive that's why hes marriage with "A" was illegal and her application was rejected.
"A" had mentioned "B" as his wife in service record, and dead now. Now the family pension is being paid to "B" and she is employed in govt. service also.
"C" who has 4 children requested to Asam rifle to stop paying the family pension to "B" and to remove her name from "A"'s service record and provided copy of judgment of 125 Cr.P.C.
Now "C" has filed civil suit to declare her legal wife of "A" and to order Asam Rifle to pay family pension to her and to include her name as wife of "A" in place of "B".
Bank is paying family pension regularly to "B".
Whether "C" can file an application before court to stop payment from Bank or Asam Rifles, of family pension up to the decision of civil suit. If Yes in which provision.
Plz Sir refer law and supporting rulings if any.

This the statement given by the president of our flat owners welfare association before the police in a criminal case."Our, association is no way concerned with the consumer court case and it is their individual. Our builder has sent a bank draft for Rs. 15,000/- in the name of association, towards travel and allied expenses of consumer court case. But we refused the same, but ex secretary conducted urgent meeting with concerned consumer court case members and asked to receive the cheque. According to their request and as per the court directions, we
received the cheque and deposited the same on our association account and same was informed to the authorised person appearing before the commission and other
members. Since, then the amount is in the account of our association."
Due to his other type of statement earlier, the builder has filed criminal complaint against authorised person. He was forced to go for bail and obtained. Informed the National Commission amount has not been given to him by letter. Basing on above statement can the authorised person write to the president to release amount immediately. Please advice.

Dear Experts !
My father enretred in to a compromise deal in a land case in HIGH court in the year 1999 ( Recently the property came to me through his WILL,on perusal i found he was misgudied by his adviser/ Gpa. As per my thinking or Adocate, whom i have consulted; the case is strong one to fight, would not have compromised with the litigant). Can i do any thing to reopen the case, for fresh fight. The above property ( LAND)is still not divide as per compromise, and is intact because of some other reasons.
Please kindly GUIDE me with your advice.
Thanking you ALL in advance.
hello sirs, good wishes. I had filed a suit for injunction i.e. not to disturb the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit scheduled property. while the pending suit the defendant had disconnected the electricity and sewage connection to the suit schedule property. we had lodged a complaint before the police and connection was restored.subsequently we had filed a petition to amend the plaint:- to add a prayer as no to disconnect the electricity and sewage connection till the disposal of the suit. the defendants had taken a stand that i should file a separate suit. Note: 1) the plaintiffs are in the suit schedule premises. 2) the electricity connection stands in the name of the plaintiff's grandfather. under these circumstances i want a citation to amend the plaint. which will apply to my case. Hope you will help me in this regard.
Land partition - kindly advice,
Dear Experts, Kindly Advice..
Mrs. 'X' had 7 childrens namely A,B,C,D,E,F,G. She had 27 cents of land in her name at the time of her Death. In RTC, 3 names are included (X & 2 childers), those are 'X', 'A' & 'B',
'A' & 'B' both have expired and have 3 & 6 childrens each. Now Childrens of 'A' & 'B' want their 33% share each as mentioned in the RTC ( divided in to 3 names) Also 1/7 th share which belongs to 'X' at the time of her death.
But for this settlement other Childrens of Mrs.'X' who are namely C,D,E,F & G,are not accepting. They demand for Full share of 27 cents land to be divided equally among 7 childrens, for which Childrens of A&B not accepting.
Kindly advise how this matter need to be settled & what does the LAW says. Does it require to to shared equally among all the childrens of X, or only the 33% of X, need to be shared between 7 childrens of X.
