R/Experts,
patient feeling uneasy with loose motion and goes to doctor,after checking doctor admitted him unnecessarily 3 days.The disease is not so serious,inspite doctor admitted him and charge huge amount.
Room,nursing and consulting charges are also expensive as compare to the city.
This type of practice is against the professional ethics,
Can I knock the door of Consumer Forum?
Is any remedy available to me against doctor?

R/Experts,
Petition for getting divorce filed by husband u/s 13 in the year 2009.Respondent wife appeared and resisted the petition.The matter is pending and now both parties want to mutual divorce.They are going to file joint pursis for divorce.
Can civil court decreed their mutual divorce?
Will any problem of six months waiting period arise?
If any ruling available plz. suggest.

Hi,
I am living in a DDA MIG Flat in North Delhi area. I am having lot of trouble from my first floor neighbour. I stay in the ground floor. The lady staying above has been regularly troubling us by keeping their water cooler and AC above our verandah on her window and its water spills over into our courtyard. Despite pleas for over 15 years which fell on deaf years, we put a temporary roof for fiber glass some 4 year back. Now the lady is hell bent on having the courtyard converted into a full fledged room and threating us to allow her to construct a roof on it so, that she could construct a big room and extended balcony. She is giving lame excuses like not able to repair her cooler and AC which she anyway never bothered in the past and also in other ways like causing seepage in our house by letting water run in her toilets. Also one of her toilet flush is in need of repair and she is using that to cause more seepage in our house.
I would like to know the options available before us in this regard. Whom should we approach to help us live our life with dignity and in non violent manner. We are not interested in covering our courtyard and would like her to put up a Split AC in her room and remove her cooler and AC from her window, so that we can remove the fiber glass sheet and get much needed access to air and light.
I want the lawyers forum to help me out by proving some advice in this case.

We are staying in (mumbai).pagdi system. Sinc.1969from.
my room rent Rs. 500/-per month and water charge is Rs. 200per month ( but B.M.C. ARE COLLECT RS. 100 PM. ONLY FROM LANLORD)coman light charges is rs100/per month (BUT LANLORD ARE PAID TO LIGHT BILL PER ROOM RS.20 PER MONTH.)& coman toilet cleing charges is 100/per month. (BUT LANLORD ARE PAID TO SWEPER RS.20 PER MONTH.).Recently landlord is charge for Rs. 100/- per month for rent collection charge (but no any man are come rent collection) It is right in rent law ?.( SELF I GO TO LANDLORD MANGER & PAID MY ROOM RENT & some days or some month after he is given me my room rent recipt).
Total my room rent 1000/- per month.
My query. Is above all charges is o.K. is right in rent law ?. spl. for rent collection charge
Recant my chall members are doing one adhoc committee.She is right way for showl
ving all problems.What adhock committee rights?.
What adhoc committee have any rigths for mention.Comam aria mention (means like that coman toilet repairer and drainage line also keep clean aria whithout landlord / owner permission )

Need your help
My client is running a small ad-agency. It is transacting with one newspaper publication from several year (since 2001) in respect advertisement. Ad-ageny use to place the ad of its customer to the newspaper on commission basis. The newspaper publication has created an account in the name of ad-agency. The ad-agency has placed ads on credit basis. There is no written agreement between ad-agency and newpaper publication. Once in a while ad-agency use to make part payments and the remaining balance will be carried forward & continued in the ledger accounts of newspaper publication. There is continuous transaction with the said news paper agency till 27-03-2009. The last order placed by Ad-agency was on 27-03-2009. Total outstanding balance as on today as per newspapers ledger account is Rs.250000/-.
My question is
whether I can claim that the transactions from 2009 onwards are only within time and other transactions are barred by time ? (Article 14 of Limitation Act)
Do ad-agency need to pay whole amount as it is hit by Article 1 of limitation act? (can the said transaction be called mutual open, running account ?)
OR
Its Article 3 & 4 of limitation ? ( Principal – agent relation? )
I am totally confused???

Dear Experts of the forum,
In a court case one of the defendants in a civil suit declared as ex-party (As he had not attended/represented him self in the court ). Under thease circumstance can the appellant take over/ occupy the land in the custudy of this defendant. Or plintiff has to wait till final disposal of the case/suit.
