My brother is allied health professional( Speech Therapist) holding bachelor degree in the stream and his friedn holds PH.D in speech therapy ..recently there was an advertisemnt for the post of Asst professor of Speech Pathology at prestigious Medical Institute in which Ph.D was desirable qualification in Speech Pathology with 3 years experince..But after few months they had change the recruitment rules in which they had made eligibilty of medical candidates( Master degree in surgery) and interview was conducted last week in which 5 medical streams and one ( my brother friend) appered and from the circumstances it apperd that change of recruitment rules was done in order to accomodate one of the candidate from medical stream only.
Now his friend who holds the Ph.D qualification wants to challenge the selection process as change of the recruitment rules were made in very illegal manner( internally ).Since my brother holds the bachelor degree and didnot apper for interview, whether he can become joinder of the party with the aggrieved party before CAT IN the interest of speech therapy profession.
OR only the aggrieved party (My Bother friend who holds PH.D) could only filed the petition against the medical Institute??

Yesterday I filed an emergent petition for appointment of commission in an Injunction suit and I prayed for the inspection of Plaint Schedule Property to be taken in Video. My prayer video is turn down by the court. Could any body show me any citation to enlighten the Munsiff.

I am looking for extremely good lawyer for service matter case at UP High court. Mr mehta suggested by Mr makkad is very good but I want discuss matter with two other equally good lawyers. Pl suggest a specialist in such cases and not those who do all type of cases. thanks

sir kindly i want format to issue noted under section 12 of comptem of coaurt act.
As the honorable court had issued warratnt of attachment for the attachment of salary the respondent department had received the said warrant and had attached the salary after few months the respondent department had release the salary with out prior permission of the honorable court. as i came to know that the respondent department had with malafide intetnetionlly reselse the salary and had vioilate the order of the honrable court. inconnection to that i want to give a notice under contemt of court act kindly given me format for the same.

dear all experts,
i am working women and i m living with my mother who is a widow.my brother and his family are living in seperate portion of the house.as they are not taking care of my mother properly.my husband works abroad and frequently comes to visit me and my mother. now my brother is constantly threatning me to leave the house and not allowing my husband to enter the house.the house is built on two plots one in name of my brother and other on mothers plot.the built property in not registered.please help me out that how can apply hindu law 2005 act,domestaic violence act and senior ctizen protection act in this situation to fight for my right and diginity.please help me out as my loving father died when i was young.and now my brother wants to grab all property form her helpless sister

Hi experts
I have taken loan of about 4.5 laks, I already paied 2 laks but did not get any document that I have paid for 2 laks.
Now they are forcing me to pay remaining amount where I have huge loan and Im unable to bare thier torture.
They have all the witness, where as I dont have single witness, I trusted them a lot but now I came to know that they are very fraudlent people
Now I dont have background support too and even going to loose the job.
They started treatening me that they will go to my native place and talk to parents and obtain my share of property but actually there is no share of my property.
Enemies started threatenning me that they will put in the jail of entire family etc..
I took loan to purchase the site, but they did fraudlent and they registed to my wife and she also did the fraudlent, now she is also turned against me and made me lot of torture by scolding me very very cruelty.
I really shocked all of this and went ill.
Now Im taking medicen as per phsycotrist doctor and nuro doctor.
Still Im staying with wife.
Now 1) how to face that cheque related issue. is it ok if stop payment done so that atleast cheque bounce case can be avoided. I have given blank cheque just signed only.
2) How to come out of harrasing wife. I secretly married her 10 years back. She is already married and divorced.
Now my parents also suffering because of me and they stopped talking to me.
Now Im unable to survive due to medical illment. Even Im typing this, my brain is not functionning properly
Please any one help me in getting resolved.
My parents dont know that I married secrely and when they came to know they too shocked and crying at me
Now what I have to do
do I have to shift the house by leaving her alone. If I do she will lodge the complaint that I left her abondon.
She went and created scene such a way that she got full support around the apartment and street.
She uses to beat me and took knife too but I dont have any proofs for this.
She and her relatives took lot of evidence on phone call.
Now Im worried as Im 40 year old guy. By looking at me none of people supports me that much scene has been created by them.
Please mail me urgent and help me as Im going to loose job too.
If you know any group like karnataka rakshana vedhike please help me.

their is two Wills by a person . 1st was written in the month of january, and the 2nd was written in the month of may. 1st Will is notorised attested. 2nd Will is duly registered in the office of registrar. 1st Will is in the favour of third person. but the 2nd Will is in the favour of the daughter of that person. my question is about the applicabillity of the Will. Whether 1st Will will be applicable or 2nd Will will be applicable. I am for the 2nd party i.e 2nd Wills person. Is their any judgement regaarding this?

my husbond has issued post dated chqs to
1) a private person who has not a money lenders license
2) a finance co against vehical loan
two months he met an accident and he has brain surgery and he does not remember anything as per neuro surgeon's certificate
I am a house wife besides i am illerate and i do not know his fiancial activities. Now he has not source of income being mentally handicapped.
Now I do not have money for my family's bread and butter
what are the consequenceas and what are the solutions to come out the critical situations
I am under full tension as i have no financial & mental support of any kind

sirs pls tell me that whether a Huf can become proprietor of a proprietory busniess of M/s So and so ?
