'B' and 'C' entered their names in the 7/12 extract mutation is also certified.

whether title of the immovable property is totally passed to 'B' and 'C' ?

or any proceeding is remaining for clear title ?

whether sister of 'B' and 'C' can do any problem to 'B' and 'C'?

whether in this case Probate and or letter of administration is necessary?

Illegal water connection

Hi Sir/Madam,
In my housing society the road facing shops had not been given water connections according to original plan submitted to Pune Municipal Corporation. But one of the shops has taken a pipe and a tap inside of the shop - which is not authorized by the society or the corporation. Please advise what action can be taken against the shop. The society has served the shop owner many notices but nothing has been done till now. In view of the recent water cuts announced by the PMC, the residents of the building are facing water shortage whereas still the shop continues to utilize the water illegaly.
Thanks and regards,
Sunil Vaidya

Calling back for cross-after close.

Dear Sir,
The cross examination of plaintiff was over 2 months back,(in series of 3-4 times)& it was closed. After this, cross of defendant was over in 3-4 sessions. It was noticed by the defendant that there were some mistakes/admissions committed by him in his cross.
Now, to overcome this Def wants to call back plaintiff to confront on certain documents, marked & unmarked.
Is it permissible in law u/s 151 of cpc?
Please guide.
