Peculiar situation in divorce case!!

Husband has filed for divorce on ground of cruelty, wife contests it by filing W.S., at the stage of P.E., wife files an application that she doesn't want to contest to divorce case (no mutual consent) but reserve her right to prosecute other cases. Husband's evidence passes without any cross-examination. On next date, when other Petitioner's witness comes for evidence, wife again appears with new application that she want to contest the case now.

Is there any provision in CPC which prohibits wife to go back from her previous stand (of not contesting the case?

Regading: ex-parte divorce

Sir , my name is mukesh kumar I have filed a divorce case on 05/08/2010 and my wife has not taken any interest in case because of this reason I got Ex-parte divorce. but later on after the decree of expartee (appx.2 months) she came back and filed a revision under section 9 and section 5 both of these allowed by the court that she was not aware of this divorce case.
Now I have again filed a revision challeging these judgements that she was aware of this divorce case 2 months before the order of Expartee . As a proof I am giving a copy of my high court petition (in which I have enclosed the copy of divorce petition) to that court where I have filed my divorce case and a copy of her recorded statements which she has given in her dv case. she confessed in her recorded statement that she appeared/present before high court court on that day.
if she was appeared there in high court it means that she was aware of this divorce case.
she is a 10+2 literate women and worked as teacher before marriage .
so the expartee decree passed in her full consent.
plz let me know what will happen with my revision.

Urgent- experts please help

There's blind lane adjacent to my house, which is 10 feet wide. patna regional development authority wants to widen it upto 20 feet. If this happens our house will be quashed up to 5 feet. As i have mentioned its a blind lane, it terminates after 5 houses, and it is not connected to any other road. Is it still required to widen it? There are several such lanes in Patna, which do not fulfill the standards of PRDA. What should we do. Experts please advise as its matter of my house.

Legal right-on wills

My mother left residential property to my father by unregistered will in 1968, witness by my three sisters. On her death in 1969 the property was transferred to my father and enjoyed by him till his death in 2007. He bequethed this property to me & my brother by regd will dated October 1987. Both the wills were decreed exparte in our favour in 2010 by Munsif court and witness to signature of mother was not examined as genuineness was not in question, but original of Fathers will was lost. Buyers advocate says this decree is questionable by sisters in case of sale and they should be a parties to sale agreement. What is the position and what to do further - Thanks
