P& sc case publication

I had filed a P & Sc Case & the court has ordered for publication in the matter & accordingly it’s been published, except that I forgot to get the order copy and then publish it. As I had my office copy of the publication & had seen the order for such publication (without any changes compared to office copy), I had given for publication, now the Hon’ble Judge is asking reasons for not obtaining the order copy & then publish it. In the circumstances, I want to know whether the court has the suo mutto power to ratify the above procedural mistake or is there any case laws, which can be produced before the court in such a situation.
Thanks,
with regards,

Specific relief act

Is it true that a suit has to be started within a short period of time after the contract has been violated in order to get relief from the Specific Relief Act? Is there a specified time limit?

My tenant left my house 10 months ago

I am a senior citizen and rent is my only income. My tenant was not giving rent from August 2010. He told me that he will be leaving but did not left. I then filed a eviction case against him in May2011. He then also filed a criminal case against me. He left the flat with all his belongings leaving the flat under lock and key. The eviction case is still running. What is the future of this case? Can you help me out in any way. If I win the eviction case will it be helpful in the criminal case that was filed by my tenant against me? Please give me advice.

Dissolved co-op society committe - m-20 bond

Respected Experts,

Our societies managing committe was dissolved in January 2010 for not filing the mandatory M-20 Bond and other violations of the Maharashtra co-op societies law.

An Administrator was appointed for one year and later again new managing committee was appointed with directions to file M-20 Bond.

However the managing committee has till date not filed the M-20 Bond for the second time. The stipulated time of 45 days for filing the bond is over long back.
Now committee is deemed to have been dissolved.

Now I required an NOC for Bank loan urgently for sale of my flat.

1) Can the Deputy Registrar of Co-op society sign the NOC without holding a meeting with dissolved committee members ?

2) Is a weeks notice required to be given to the deemed dissolved committee members ?

3) Can I clear my maintenance dues which is in dispute and get the NOC directly from the Deputy registrar of Co-op society ?
