sir,
my father was employee of rural development and panchayat department. he was designated panchayat secretary. he died on 16 oct 2007.
at that time i was doing b.tech from punjab technical university. a four yrs course. at that time we were in shock of death of my father. we went to head office chd. and applied for compassionate appointment. but in the office one officer misguided us and said.
your degree has not completed yet so apply for same for post as panchatyat secretary. and also we cannot give you higher post than your father's post. we were having no knowledge about department rules. so we applied for it..
when the appointment letter came to me.. it was only six month left for completion of my degree. now we again went head office and now again officer said that you join the job then take six month with out pay leave to complete your degree. when your degree will be completed apply for higher post. we did the same. now when i applied they given me no reply. i again send the application even then they did not reply to me. i went to head office and aksked. then they denied for request and said compassionate grounds is only once. so your at not entitled now.(verbaly told by them)
suggest me what to do. should i go to court.
later appointment made by them to some one who also did b.tech and whose father was also panchatyat sec. is appointed as s.e.p.o higher post as he applied after completion of degree..
suggest me what to do??
In a Specific Releif Suit consisting of Plaintiff (private party) and two Government Departments as Defendants.
D1 is set exparte and D2 is simply denying the claim of the Plaintiff on false pretext.
The problem is that the Plaintiff does not have anything in hand as the material papers are lost.
The prayer/relief requested in the suit is the only evidence in support of Plaintiff.
Can the plaintiff summon this document (which also happens to be the relief) plaintiff is seeking to support his stand ?

Sir,
I would like to seek guidance from your expert forum in respect of Laws/Bye laws of Co-op Hsg Societies.
I Had purchased a Flat in Sept 2008 and prepared a Sale Agreement and the same was properly stamped and full applicable stamp duty was paid. But due FOREST LAND issue which cropped up during the said period the Maharashtra Govt had stopped registration of the Documents of Sale of Flats falling under FOREST LAND.
I had requested to transfer the flat in my name to the secretary of the Co-op Hsg Scty. but he refused on the ground that as the Sale Deed is not registered the Flat cannot be transferred in my name.
I would like to ask
Whether registration of Sale Deed of Flats is compulsory for effecting transfer of Flat by a Co-op Hsg Scty even when the Sale Deed is fully Stamp Duty paid?
Whether the stamp duty office is now telling me to pay the stamp duty on said sale deed again as per current valuation of 2012 as adjudication of Old Documents has been stopped. Are they Correct?
Please reply is society correct in refusing transfer of flat when Govt has stooped registration process.

IN A TITLE SUIT (SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE), THE DEFENDANT IN HIS WRITTEN OBJECTION STATEMENT AGAINST AWARDED AD-INTERIM INJUNCTION AND IN HIS WRITTEN STATEMENT CRAVES LEAVE FOR FILING AN AGREEMENT.
THE PLAINTIFF FILES AFFIDAVIT IN REPLY THAT THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT IS WITH THE DEFENDANT.
THE DEFENDANT DOES NOT CONTEST.
THE LANGUAGE IN DEFENDANT'S W.O.S AND W.S. IS "THE DEFENDANT CRAVES LEAVE FOR FILING THE AGREEMENT", BUT DURING HEARING OF INJUNCTION PETITION WHEN THE LEARNED JUDGE ASKED THE DEFENDANT TO PRODUCE THE AGREEMENT, THE DEFENDANT SUBMITTED ANOTHER AFFIDAVIT STATING THAT HE ONLY HAS PHOTOCOPY OF THE AGREEMENT AND THE ORIGINAL IS WITH THE PLAINTIFF.
DOES MAKING CONTRADICTORY STATEMENTS UNDER AFFIDAVIT AMOUNTS TO PERJURY?
WHAT ARE THE STEPS THAT THE PLAINTIFF CAN TAKE?
THE DEFENDANT IS JUST MISGUIDING THE Ld. cOURT AND BUYING TIME.

Teacher slap attempt
Hi,
I am a student of an Engineering College studying in my 4th year.
3 days before one of the faculty in my college attempted to slap me when i moved away. He did this because while studying at one place in the Academic building i lied down for 5 mins, as i needed a break.
Tell me how to complaint against him to the police. He is a very horrible teacher and he does these things very often in college but no student has the guts to go against him.
