dear sir
what is this framing of issues >> last june 2011 , judge dismiss my case on default on date of framing of issue, advocate deliberately not appeared , judge called 20 times in four hrs every 12 minutes > he mentioned in his order > file attaching herewith, advocate the end ... new appointed.... three four dates case restored..... again on 6th April new advocate not appeared ....what happened on date >>> no firm info to date......ok
my question is what is issue framing ????...please advise.....

The court has passed the order rightly.
No one can drag a case endlessly.

The dismissal is justified in circumstances.
However restoration can be sought for.
After defendant files his reply to suit called written statement,court fixes a date to frame issues ,that means points of dispute between parties that the court requires to try by evidence and decide.

Though the order suffers from no illegality.
Subject to costs the higher court might re-instate the case,
However, it is better to send someone in person to see, whether the advocate is appearing or not.

before your all's opinion order is illegal, framing of issue is court job, this is not a question now this is happened, case restored....
question is framing of issues > in attachment reapplication from pg 9 to on words, in one line is for mandatory possession....i am only absolute lawful owner, A-Z PURCHASE TO CONSTRUCTION WITH DOLLERS NRI MONEY all documented proofs on web .....all free to see
is it law i need court stamp i am owner ...all India moves to court for this, the person is criminal trespasser by lock breaking ..all documented proofs attached ...police nil action to date ......
on this application what court frames this i want to know ......
why this all is happening this is ......??
