How it will prove, in the absence of government record.

I have applied for “validation” of a Sale Deed (un-registered) which was executed on dated 10-12-2005, on a Rs.100/- stamp paper, before the Registration Officer of the concerned. As per the procedure, they made an official enquiry about the genuineous of the stamp paper and after receipt a report from the concerned department, they will allow my application for further process.
But in my case, what was happened, the concerned officer made an endorsement that the required register is not found in his office.
So at this movement, what the officials will take further steps in this regard. In the absence of record, how I will prove that my stamp paper is genuine. Who will have the burden of proof.
Plz. Clarify.

Denial of ex-parte injuntion

Why the courts usually deny to grant ex-parte temporary injunction in respect of agriculture land though the person claiming have better title than against who he is claiming.

Sc directions -- injunction order.

Please be good enough to provide us with any SC ruling to Lower Courts to grant Interim / Permanent Injunction in an Injunction Suit seeking restraint on the opposite party from wielding threats to life and property.

Most of the Courts in ordinary circumstances issue emergent notices which in fact aggravates the situation of the Plaintiff inviting more such threats from the opposite party wherein the very purpose of filing / seeking innjunction does not serve the purpose .

Trust or section 25 company

Experts,
If a public charitable trust is formed, can the managing trustee or any other trustee who has a specialised skill be paid for services of such specialised skill to the trust if such is incorporated in the Trust Deed and its constitution? Or is it preferable to have a section 25 company under the Companies Act so that such payment for the specialised skill is not questioned? what do the experts suggest? please help.

thanx.
