Sc directions -- injunction order.

Please be good enough to provide us with any SC ruling to Lower Courts to grant Interim / Permanent Injunction in an Injunction Suit seeking restraint on the opposite party from wielding threats to life and property.

Most of the Courts in ordinary circumstances issue emergent notices which in fact aggravates the situation of the Plaintiff inviting more such threats from the opposite party wherein the very purpose of filing / seeking innjunction does not serve the purpose .

court will grant you injunction if you make out a prima facie case . you dont need judgements .

Unless it is a landed property, normally if you convince court about exigency, you will get exparte temp. injunction.

u must convince court about the health hazardous and pollution etc because of this venture, u will certainly get injunction.
