Society maintainence

Hi
I own a flat in Navi Mumbai.
Since Dec 11 have not been staying in the flat and neither is it rented.
My query is
Do I need to continue to pay the society maintainence charges fully(100%) or there is any non occupancy benefit available?
Please guide on the same.
Also, request to share if there is any doc point/section covering this point/aspect in the society byelaws.

you are required to pay full maintenace irrespective whether you staying in said flat or not

Since u are not residing in your society with your sweet will, there is no reason not to pay maintenance
