Written statement in divorce petition

Dear Experts,
When my daughter-in-law failed to black mail me by filing few criminal cases, with false allegation of Dowry Payment, then in 2009 she filed Divorce Petition against my son.
I on behalf of my son prepared instruction for lawyers to prepared Written Statement, detailing therein all the facts regarding her blackmailing activities, cruelties etc, which started from the 3rd day of marriage.
My advocate suggested that proving of the allegations levelled in the Divorce Petition are the legal duty of your daughter-in-law, so we need not to mention all such detailed facts. Accordingly he prepared a Written Statement, with very gist of the fact.
Now she has recorded her evidence and accorrding to our lawyer she failed to prove any of her allegations, and my advocate not raised any questions, which could have with regarding to aforesaid Criminal Cases or which could prove that desertion and cruelties were committed by her, not by my son, as such I changed lawyer, because he allowed closure of her evidence.
My new Lawyer suggesting that my earlier stand was correct, by which we should have referred detail facts in Written Statement, so we can make further cross examination.
Kindly suggest me, after closure of cross, how Written Statement can bee amended?

Mv act help

Hello Members,

In the present case the deceased worked as a Manager in the bank and had voluntarily sought the retirement in the year December, 2006 and after that he was receiving the pension from the bank that amounts to Rs.10,000/- per month and after he sought retirement he started the private business but in the month of April, 2008 the husband/father of the claiments had succumbed to the injuries in the accident.

I want the help on the point that in above case, Ld. MACT had ignored the copy of Income Tax Assessment, which was duly proved by them by summoning the record of Income Tax Department, filed by the claiments of the deceased which was filed by the deceased himself for the assessment year 2007-2008 for the financial year 2006-07 and he paid income tax to the department before the accident took place.

But the ld. MACT ignored this fact and assessed the income of the deceased for calculating the earnings by come to an finding that the deceased provides only gratuitous services besides earning for them and in this way his wages could be calculated as casual workman which are around Rs.150/- per day.

So my request to all members is that please provide me some good citations in which the Income Tax filed by the claiments will be taken into consideration for the assessment of the earnings.

Thanks
Munish Kumar Garg

Reg: land issue

Dear Sir,

My problem is in 1974 my father pawned the land(1.33 acres) for Rs. 4000.00. Then after one year some money paid. But that person occupied the land. But my father land was not registered to the opposite person. But the registered shows now that the land was registered on the name of opposite person in 1971. So, when the land was pawned in 1974 (As i have the documents per proof.)How con the person registered on his name in 1971.So what would be suggestions on this case. Actually this land is my grand father.
