I am a bonafide resident of uttrakhand and upon applying for domicile certificate, it was found that my father and grandfather have variations in their names in property documents/ration cards etc and both of them are not alive. For this reason, the domicile certificate is not issued.
Could you please give your expert opinion regarding any legal remedy available for this issue.
Thank you in advance.

I own a house jointly in my name and in my wife's name. We have a son and a daughter. Both are married.Me an my wife live on the ground floor. My son and his family live on the first floor. My daughter lives with her husband in their house. Both me and my wife have drafted our wills. We have left all our moveable assets to each other solely to be enjoyed during their lifetime. We both want to bequeath first floor to the son and ground floor to the daughter. We are not able to write this portion in our will in a proper legal language, which should be un disputable. We presume that me / my wife whoever survives last may have to write another new will for final distribution of movable assets between the 2 siblings.
I request help in drafting the clause for the house inheritance. How to treat the plot of land, common passages/stairs/parking etc in the 2 wills Thanks
Aditya

my brother has filed LE suit in small cause court, mumbai. against me and wife and 2 sons. We are living in the same house since 1958/ My children have been born in this house.
A partition suit is pending in the High Court, where this house is substantial part of partition suit. My brother claims the house to be his alone. The suit is pending and one of issues framed in High court is " whether this brother proves the house to be his?"
How can he file LE suit in such circumstances? How can small cause allow him to file such a suit?
My plea to stay LE suit (or dismiss it) has been rejected.
Pls guide as I am facing physical, mental and financial harrassment (in order to throw me out of the house) and even the police are not helping saying it is family matter.
The partition suit was filed in 1990 and is now awaiting trial, documents to be verified, etc.
LE suit was filed 2 years back.(claiming that he is owner, whereas title is yet to be proved in partition suit)

Builder came to my home and took the booking amount through Credit Card (Rs. 100,000/-. He told me on the site that the amount is totally refundable within 20 days. Now when I face some hassle in the finance and want to decline the deal, he says its not at all refundable. Only when loan does not get sanctioned or any legallity lacks in the property documents, i can get the money back. Now I have a receipt and the CC statements with builder's name. But builder says the login form that I signed has a term of "no refund" in case the customer choses to decline. Is this legally allowed. Is any organisation allowed to keep a non-refundable amount for booking as high as Rs.100,000/- please advice. Am I bound to wait for a loan rejection OR go for the agreement? OR I can take some legal step?
In a civil case proceeding where a commissioner is appointed by the court under Order 18 Rule 4 CPC, the documents admitted into evidence are to be signed by him.
What designation he should write below his signature/initials?
