A suit is pending before High court against me on civil matter.
If I communicate with Highcourt(not specific judge) through a letter to tell HC my problem(it can be put on record too), than is it illegal?

How fair is the decision of Govt. Officers by stopping the work merely on the bases that the matter is sub judiciary. If just filing the suit is considered as a Stay Order, than what is the use of filing application for Interim Stay order?
if somebody gets properties transferred relying on forged wills, what are the remedies available to the aggrieved.
can fir or criminal proceedings be started, parallel to civil law remedy.

'A' files a complaint case u/s 138 NI act against 'B' in the year 2004 . He loses the case in year 2012 and 'B' wins the case by the judgement pronounced by the magistrate court.
Now can 'A' file a money suit against 'B'. Will the case of A be barred by limitation. since he had the knowledge of cheque bounced long before in the year 2004 .
Pls give citation at least year and court name if possible.

Sir
Can a person holding General Power of Attorney of his father has the right to execute WILL on behalf of him? I am staying at Nagpur and this has happened in our family. In POA the mandate is given to Attorney holder to sign testetory declaration for disposal of assets after demise. Is it legal? Like how can a person sign WILL on behalf of others?the POA is a registered one and WILL is also registered by Attorney Holder on behalf of father.
