exparte eviction order is passed ag.mefor non payment of rent. can i apply for set aside of court orders or file appeal without deposit of rent arrears

you will have to deposit rent arrears then only will order be set aside

Appeal could be preferred but without payment of arrears rent or part of it you would not get stay of operation of decree.

It depends on the court whether it accepts appeal w/o asking you to deposit arrears of rent.
