Right in property

If A & B are brothers and A owns a house on his name.A dies .After 4 year of the As death B transfer this room on his name .There are two chances.

1. First is that B transfer this room on his name illegly by cheating to the legal heirs of the A.

2.Second chance is that B transfer this room on his name with the consent of legal heirs of the A where last son of A was minor and without the consent of
daughter of a A

B also dies after 6 years of when he transfer this room on his name.

From then this room remains on Bs name.

Now after 25 years legal heirs of B wants to sell this house to outsider.

My First question is that taking in to account both chances ,Can legal heirs of B sell this house to outsider without the consent of a legal heirs of a A ?

Second question is that Can legal heirs of a A take objection to sell this house to outsider without their consent ?

Rti act 2005 id passing away

Respected Sir, It was very clear from two years that RTI is loosing its integrity due to the government's as well as CIC Office. I have apply about 1oo apllication till now.In mostly cases either informations provided were incomplete/wrong or not provided and mostly were not in certified copies.Interestingly CPIO and FAA both belongs same department and same section. So they have a nexus to kill the RTI. I am attaching a PDF file mentioning the comments of a retiring senior officer of CIC Office. Please advice who and how we the people of India fight against corruption. With regards

Sec 14 of limitation act

A person instead of filing a civil suit filed a writ petition and after getting the dismissal of that writ petition he files in division bench in which also he got dismissal result.
then again he files a special leave petition and in that also it was dismissed.

Now the problem is whether the time from filing the writ petition till the special leave petition would be excluded or not as per the Section 14 of the Indian limitation act.

Kindly post...

Unauthorised use of name of an expert

Dear Sir,

A is a well known food technologiest who has done number of research on various food products and edible oils. His articles are regularly published in well known magazines.

A well known company in one of its product llabel advertsiement material published some commentsalongwith A's photograhs published some favourable comments regarding that products on behalf of A without consulting A or taking his consent.

A is annoyed by this action of the company.

can anyone pls tell me what action can A take against the company. In my view A should first serve a notice to the copmpsany and seek written clarifcation from the company. Publish a newpaper notice to inform mthe public regarding unauthorised claim made by the company on behalf of A.

What other remedies are available to A in civil, criminal, consumer protection law or copyright act.

What other remedies are avaiolable to A without going though a court.

Thanks & regards
