can i file suit in civil court for getting possession of property and application under 145 of a crpc in criminal court to make enquiry with respect to the same property at a time ?

Both gives separate kind of relief.
Once a civil suit is filed praying for substantive relief the criminal court in hardly interferes in quasi criminal proceeding like under section 145 crpc.

No, u can either file civil case or criminal

case and not both at the same time.
