How to get divorce when my family and wife is not ready for it?

I am 29 years old married male, resident of a small village of Rajasthan.Six years ago, my parents show me a girl and asked me how is she? I casually said she is good, without knowing that they are asking me this for marriage purpose. When I came to know this I refused to marry that girl and called her father and herself and told them that I don't want to marry. Still I had to get marry because of family pressure.
But after marriage also I never lived with my wife.We don't have any relation. We are not living together since we married. She says that she is here because of my property. But she is pretends to be an ideal daughter in law infront of my parents. She said that she will make me out of my own house and will live with my parents. And she is doing this only. I live in a rented flat in Jaipur and she lives with my parents.
Now I want to take divorce so that we both can move a head in our lives. But she is not ready. She wants to stay with my family forever. Also, my parents are not with me in this decision. Infact they say that she is their daughter and I am not their Son anymore.
But I want to get free from this relationship as its been 6 years and there is no point in being into this relation. Its just for name.
Is there any law which can help me out in taking divorce when my parents and my so called wife is not ready for it.
Please help me

Neighbour dispute/ boundry

Dear Sir,

My father was purchased a land 20 years back, after his retirement we plan to Construct a house there and we started construction last year oct. 2011 Our land had three side compound wall and the front(West) side having road. The south side compound wall was already constructed by our neighbour 15 to 20 years back. we leave a gap of two and half foot from house wall to that compound wall, Initially they started quarreling with us that they have land of half foot, then after they started quarreling what ever land we left b/w there compound to home wall is there's only. we went to revenue office and lodged the compliant, a Government surveyor had came to measure the land, he also declared as per our land patta, we have land. But the neighbour started quarreling with him also. they even would not allow us to work in that area, we stop the work last 2 to 3 months, when ever we go construction area they start quarreling with us and using louse word and scolding what ever they want. The surveyor also afraid about them and he gave a report "we have land as per Patta but this dispute b/w us resolve by mutual understand". They are not ready to lesson a single word and they strictly stand to fight with us. They want to sell our property to us.
Could any body kindly show a proper way to resolve this issue (want to construct our own compound).

Thanks in advance

Wp and mp clarification - chennai high court.

Hi,
I filed a Writ Petition in Chennai High Court and also coupled a stay petition to it.
The main writ petition was numbered and came for hearing. The Judge issues a "Adjourned Admission" for 2 weeks stating other respondent to file a counter.
However even after 2 months, the main Writ Petition did not come for hearing. When inquired in section, I was told that the Miscellaneous Petition has still not received the Order number.
I'm confused now.How did the case come for hearing earlier before MP getting numbered? Now what steps can be done to expedite the case for hearing?

Re-hearing of argument in the event of engagment of new pleader

BEFORE COMPLITION OF ARGUMENT AND PASSING ORDER MY CASE WAS FOR FINAL CLARIFICATION. MY PLEADER AT THE LAST MOMENT INFORMED ME THAT THE MATTER WAS FOR ORDER. EARLIER I WAS INFORMED THAT THE MATTER WAS FOR FINAL CLARIFICATION. ON THE LAST DAY OF HEARING MY LAWYER ASKED ME TO ATTEND AND TAKE NOTE OF THE ORDER. I SUSPECTED SOMETHING FISHY AND CLARIFIED THE MATTER BEFORE THE JUDGE AND ASKED FOR TIME TO FILE MY WRITTEN ARGUMENT. MY QUERY IS THAT IF I APPOINT A NEW PLEADER AT THIS STAGE CAN THE MATTER BE RE-ARGUED BY THE NEW PLEADER AND SUBMIT WRITTEN ARGUMENT? OR DO I HAVE TO STICK WITH THE PRESENT INCOMPLETE ARGUMENT.
