Facts: ( I am def appearing in person in this case)
There are 7 defendants to the civil suit and initially all the seven had given a common advocate and a common WS. But later on as the vase progressed and there were diverse defenses related to the case by the seven defendants they preferred engaging different lawyers and the previous lawyer withdrew from the case. Hence 5 defendants engaged one lawyer and one def engaged her lawyer separately while one of the def appeared in person. And the plaintiff had not taken any objection to this and hence the case proceeded with this.
Issue :
Now during the final argument stage the plaintiff has raised an issue
1)that such a stance is not allowed and since the WS is common the 3 different arguments and pleadings need not be considered by the court....
2) The points argued by the 3 pleaders were not in the WS hence should not be considered (even though proved by evidences on record)
I could say this was the usual defense every party takes when he realizes there are no chances of winning the case on merit.
Pls guide me with the law points as since my argument is already over I can only argue now on law point and citations..

My wife had filed a DV case. A compromise was arrived at in court, wherein I am to pay Rs 15,000/- pm and she will continue to stay with both adult children in the house jointly owned by me & her, throughout for life UNDISTURBED. Consequently I have moved out and staying with my mom. Now she is threatening to "kill" so as to get (enhanced) family pension.
1. Is there any way I can ensure that she does not get the family pension since she will get Rs 15,000/- lifelong?
2. Can the pension disbursement agency be instructed to disburse only Rs 15,000/- and the balance pension amount be held back in the Government treasury?

Civil liability (shop rent) cannot be imposed on Legal heir. its possible to get citation on this particular incident plz help me

I am Kumar mahendhra from Hyderabad, my great-grandfather's land at Hyderabad named sayanna his son name raghavulu, and other named sayanna son's has given agreement of sale with power of attorney and full powers to the other. They have registered the document,
i have the 1966 Arbitration copy with me ,in that they have written that this land belong to the raghavulu Pilli and in that land there was a old temple in that land . For that only they have given to my grandfather named raghavulu.
They have created 7 documents and they have splited the land into 200 & 200 sq yds.

Respected sir,
Mr.A was a principal made a power of attorney(irrevocable power of attorney)in the favour of Mr.C who was an agent.it was registered power of attorney.hence there was also development agreement between them but it was `Notaried`.
Hence my question is that in above conditions is it possible to revoke the said agreement..? if yes how it is possible..?

Respected Sir,
My Mami was preganant she has been admitted in the hospital for deliver the baby, as per rule Docotr has given NSCC Injection, but injection has given on some worng place, hence after injection she was completely bed ridden, after that she has been transfer to Hinduja Hospital where she gave birth the baby, after birth baby was also in ICU for 15 days. But my querry is my mami is still not able to walk. so what should i do, i should approach which court, please advise me.

Family of my friend select a girl to get him married and than they started talking over phone and meet several time and they also have physical intercourse several times as they decided to get married. One day my friend introduced her with one of his friend and he shocked his friend told him not to get marry her because he also have physical intercourse with her and he also show photographs and videos also.
My friend asked the girl and refused to get marry her. now she threatening him that if he would not marry her than she will file rape case against him.
Please advise......

Respected Sir,
We have a SLP, which is pending before Supreme court. In the said case, on 16-03-2011, when we have mentioned the case, the Hon'ble Court had preponed the case from 02/02/2012 to 17/07/2011. But unfortunately, the case could not be listed from 22/11/2011.
I came to know from our AOR, that the court is not permitting for "Mentioning" the cases, now. So what I have to do next, if I want to early hearing of the case.
Plz. suggest me.

Muslim family - mother's name wrongly recorded in other rights column
I belong to Muslim Family - My mother's name was wrongly recorded in other right column instead of Main Owner column
1) Grand Grand Father had 2 sons purchased agricultural land. (Can it be called as ancestral property)
2) After death of Grand Grand Father, 2 sons became owner. Mutually shared equally without partition. (can it be called as division)
3) One of the son is my grand father (mother's father).
4) After the death of my grand father, my Uncle's and mother's name was recorded as Waras, successor, Owner, Legal heir in Mutation Entry.
But in 7/12 extract mother's name is recorded in other right column and uncle's name is recorded in Main Owner column.
(Her name should have appeared in the same column where my uncle's name is.
Is son and daughter treated differently in Muslims).
When I asked for Mutation RTS, from Tehsil Office, they said the file is missing from Record Room. How can I bring my mother's name in Main Owner column.)
5) After my mother's death my Uncle objected to enter my name in 7/12. He filed case, in Tehsil Court. After showing proofs and hearing both parties my name was also entered in other right column. How to bring my name in Main Owner column.
6) How should I go for the same, who is the authority to do so. Kindly advise.
