Power of attorney

Respected sir,
Mr.A was a principal made a power of attorney(irrevocable power of attorney)in the favour of Mr.C who was an agent.it was registered power of attorney.hence there was also development agreement between them but it was `Notaried`.
Hence my question is that in above conditions is it possible to revoke the said agreement..? if yes how it is possible..?

development agreement has to be stamped and regsitered . other wise in admissible in evidence .

need to see clauses of development agreement . there must be provision made in such agreement for termination . contact a local lawyer
