In hc, stay granted for parents and later withdrawn after 6 months.

In a DV case, High court has passed the Interim stay for respondent 2 and 3. (Respondent-1 i.e., Husband did not file for stay/quash).
And the lower (metropolitan) court has deleted the respondents 2 and 3 from the case. It has been more than 6 months now and the DVC is pending for trail. On the other hand the high court disposed the stay petition filed by the respondents 2 and 3. as the lawyer of the respondents 2 and 3 submitted the withdrawal in the high court.

My question is
1) What does it withdrawal mean here? Does it mean the respondents 2 and 3 got quashed?

2) Will there be a chance for the petitioner(wife) side to file stay vacation petition at anytime to involve respondents 2 and 3 in future?

Respected advocates, please explain.

Hello sir,

my house back side house owner constructing house without left setback and without licence from muncipality. So i applied injuction order to court and court issued injuction order to stop construction work. So please tell me is there is any validity to injuction order?,
and is there is any chances to defendent(owner of backside house) to again start work without left setback rules,(according to muncipality of my district setback rules is 3 feet to back side) but defendent did not left even 1 feet? So please suggest me. Somebody told that defendent may apply caveat in near date of Court vacation and construct house. Is this true. Please clarify me
