How to rectify the deed if a party is dead?

This is with regard to the land documents. The vendor's initial has been typed wrongly on the front page of the seller's document as well as my current document. (only one error). The seller is no more. How can this error be rectified? Can his sons do the same on his behalf? Kindly suggest me.

Could partition works as release

Respected Sir,

My name is ganesh.I am from Andhra Pradesh.Ours is a Hindu family. My family background is..i am having three elder sisters, all are married and i am the only son to my parents. My father is having some ancestrol property.Three years back my father gave some of his property to my sisters by executing Gift settlement deed. Now again my sisters are asking some more property from my father. Now we are ready to give ancestrol property of my mother to the sisters and to make it final. Now we came to know that the stamp duty for Release deed of my three sisters is very expensive for my fathers property.so we are looking for alternative deed..i.e Partition deed.
My Queries are as follows....

1) Can Daughters give up their rights completly in father's ancestral property by taking mother's ancestral property in hindu family through executing partition deed?
2) Does partition deed works as release deed in the above case?
3) Do the daughters still have rights on fathers property?
4) Can my sisters claim for share on my fathers property after my fathers death?

Yours truly,
Ganesh.

Agreement to sell in favor of a minor

Dear Sir's,
Good Evening,
I wish to take your expert advise that I bought a property in the year May 1999 at the time I was out side the country but all consideration amount passes through my NRE Account. One of my cunning relative who was playing mediator as well as witness in the transaction he executed GPA, SPA & WILL in my favor whereas as mischievous way executed Agreement to Sell in his Minor Son who was the age of 10 Yrs. Thus relative now move into the property took possession of the house in my absences. I have filed a suit for Possession in 2006 against the relative matter is still in court no decision been taken. I was not aware any Agreement to Sell in the beginning.

My question here, Is Agreement to Sell valid if it is other than the Attorney holders? what is the validity period of Agreement to Sell. It is also not registered at the registrar department.

Please put some light on fate of this dispute.

Thank you,

With Best Regards/ R S TOOR
