My GrandFather is doing a Dhana settlement to his 3 sons.
1. My father is giving his share to me as i am his only son.
2. One of my uncle is selling his share to me.
My Question is Can a dhana settlement be done in my name instead of my uncle & my father's name?. Objective is to reduce the registration and documentation cost. Pls assist.

Sir,
I have purchased a land from the daughter of the recorded tenant of the Present ROR.The property was a joint property in 1935 as the then ROR shows. But during the last settlement of 1974-75 the property was ordered to be recorded in the name of the present recorded tenant who was in uninterrupted possession of the land since 1935.The land was transferred to the Ex-Intermediary in a auction sale. Then it came to the present tenant because of his continuous possession. The other share holders were not there in the possession. Can the legal heirs of the other co share holders get the property now?Can the Civil Suit be maintainable which is filed after a period of 38 years? Please guide me.
Thanks.
Suit for Mandatory permanent prohibitory injunction filed along with O 39 R 1& 2 CPC asking defendant to stop his factories construction and seeking direction to defendant to first complete the retaining wall of the plaintiff as per their written registered agreement. The retaiing wall of the plaintiff has fallen due to illegal excavation done by defendant on adjoining plaintiff's land. Civil Judge Jr Div.order status qou in CMA O 39 R 1 & 2 but does not mention the suit property or the Khasara no of the plaintiff as well as of Defendant in status quo orders.
The order only say in one line"STATUS QUO QUA THE CONSTRUCTION AND NATURE OF THE SUIT"
and the next date of reply/ws of defendant is fixed .
In between as per the first status quo orders where no khasara no was mentioned by the judge in his orders defendant continued his work and filed and contempt of that order before the early hearings application of the defendant,
After that defendant moves an early hearing application for filing the WS/reply. On that the counsel of the plaintiff could not appear due to some mishappening in family. The client/plaintiff appeared himself and prayed for some tile for consideration as advocate could not appear and state dthe reason mentioned above to the Judge. but the judge changes his status qou orders and specifies the khasara number of the plaintiff land on which the defendant as per an agreement was to put the retaining wall before completing his own construction.
Now by this specifying the plaintiff 's land khasar no the defendant now started hi s construction and not of retaining wall of plaintiff.
Now what will be the fate or status of that contempt filed by plaintiff against defendant of the first status quo orders where no khasar no was specified by the judge?
What other remedy is left to stop the work of the defendant to the plaintiff?
Whether judge can change status quo orders in absence of the counsel of plaintiff?

The concern sales executive told me that he will bring pymnt receipt & subscriber Registration form/agreement for my signature within 2-3 days but he has not turn up till date despite repeated tel.calls & follow up. He has taken formal information about me and residential proof & pan card xerox from me.
The Internet was activated on 03.04.12.I used it till mid of may and called the Sales executive to rectify problem which I was facing & to change the existing Plan and to shift for new plan from June 1st week.
Despite of repeated follow ups thru customer care & emails & reminders nobody was bothered to give proper feedback hence I had sent mail on 19.06.12 to disconnect services with immediate effect and collect the bill till last bill immediately.
Despite of repeated follow up nobody from Tikona was bothered to give proper feedback.
Now M/s.Tikona has sent me legal demand notice for payment as per their bill and their staff is calling on mobile and they have started threatening to me saying that they will arrest me if payment not made immediately.
