Criminal nexus of land mafia & bmc

It is well know that Bombay Municipal Corporation is one of the most corrupt body and so need expert help in our matter. We the tenants are being denied permission by BMC to undertake structural repairs for two tented buildings since last 10 yrs.. The high court has ordered BMC to look in to our complaint after filing a petition and so it appointed a Structural Consultancy firm on it's panel which gave a report saying building can be repaired and there is no need of demolition. In spite of this Asst. Commissioner-K East Ward due to corruption and huge bribe has issued an order to demolish the building in total contradiction of the report from consultants appointed by BMC. The current land lord or call them land mafia bought these buildings from a public trust run by a greedy Todi family and we did not get the chance to buy our tenancy premises in spite of approaching Charity Commissioner and are pitted against the land mafia. Pl. help and guide us.

Please reply soon

specific performance decreed by sc. it is in the execution court to detail out the
niceties of execution of the sale deed in favor of the appellant in terms of
the agreement .in the execution court in his first order the adj gave order that two thing are left that is sale deed execution and transfer of the possession of the disputed land ,the respondent could file objections to the draft petition we have submitted.after the objections given adj gave order to amend to specific points.we submitted the deed with the changes ordered.in the next hearing we came to know that without the presence of over lawyer the adj again took objection application and again passed new order reviewing his own order without any review petition by the respondents.these changes suggested to incorporate were never discussed in higher courts and will inversely effect over ownership.
my query is:
a)can the judge change his order without review petition .
b)can any number of times the objection be taken ,new order given and changes made.

if not then please give citation as we are going for review petition against the the order witch my lawyer thinks is invalid passed without review petition,

Unsecured personal loan : legal opinion

Dear Sir,

I have taken a unsecured personal loan from HDFC Bank when I was in job. But recently, I have resigned my job due to some problems. Since then, I was unable to pay the monthly EMIs of the personal loan. The Bank has sent me a legal notice which I have rejected to take. In this case, I seek your valuable legal opinion.
At the time of loan process, I have given post dated checks against EMIs of personal loan.

In what way I can defend in this case legally and also like to know, what sort of possible actions(criminal and civil) can the bank take on me legally. I would be grateful to you if you help me in this matter.

kind regards,
Kishore

Question regarding "section 4(1) in the partition act, 1893"

Section 4(1) in The Partition Act, 1893
"Where a share of a dwelling- house belonging to an undivided family has been transferred to a person who is not a member of such family and such transferee sues for partition, the Court shall, if any member of the family being a shareholder shall undertake to buy the share of such transferee, make a valuation of such share in such manner as it thinks fit and direct the sale of such share to such shareholder, and may give all necessary and proper directions in that behalf"

As per the above Act.. where it says "make a valuation of such share" How Honb'e Court make a valuation of such share... Is that based on current market value (market value in Sub register office) of share ? is it the amount paid by stranger while buying that share?
