Hi Experts:
A chq. bounces twice on dates d1 and d2=d1+2months. For filing civil recovery suit the limitation is three years from d1 or d2?
Pl note that chq was presented 2nd time after obtaining consent of drawee on sworn affidavit and NI 138 notice sent within 1 month from d2.
Thanks and Regards:

In a bare injunction suit related to ancestral family properties, there is violation of status- quo by defendants.the def 1 has purchased a property which was standing in the name of def 2,3,4 in revenue records, in the name of his wife and then sold it to third party on the same day.
iam from karnataka, my lawyer says, to include wife of defendant and third party, who are presently not parties to the suit, we would need citations relevant from karnataka high court or supreme court.,can you pls suggest any citations from kar high court or supreme court or if it is not the case, any relevant citations from other high courts.
(B), can i also send a notice to the purchaser of the alienated suit property

Learned members of this forum i would like to ask a question regarding section 58 of CPC.
Section 58(1A) says that no judgment-debtor shall be detained in a civil prison in case the amount in the money decree doesn't exceed 2000/-.
Now my question is whether such bar applies both to arrest and detention? or just detention?
and what are the remedies available to seek relief against a judgment debtor who is liable to pay an amount less then 2000/-

Respected Experts,
Easement concerned is right of way in common of the owner and occupant on same plot of land.Easement is a property within the meaning of T.P.Act.Now the owner removed the earth of the right of way by digging below to the rock and constructed underground drive way over which a Ramp constructed for right of way.The vacant space below Ramp becomes the property of the owner but the Ramp is not permanent easement,it can damage after long years.
Kindly inform me whether the user(occupier) of such easement has a right upon earth from which the right of way established? Whether users consent is necessary for the owner to remove earth from easement?
