Injunction

(Querist) 15 September 2012 This query is : Resolved 
high court has granted ex parte injunction against us. do we have to along with our wriiten statement and application under order 39 rule 4, also file objection to application under order 39 rule 1&2, or WS and application under order 39 rule 4 would be sufficient ?
