Laws for tenant and paying guest owner

Is there any law with Maharashtra state govt that states the kind of agreement that should be in place b/w tenant and owner of a PG?
Lets say if an owner denies returning the deposit amount where can a tenant file his plea? and are there any laws that would support tenant?

Review petition

i have filed a review petition.every thing limitation etc is correct but the date of the said order by mistake was written 4/9/12 instead of 3/9/12. the hearing date was on 6/10/12.on this date the respondent filed a reply that there was no order on 4/9 so the petition be dismissed.now the next hearing is on 10/10/12.as now the limitation of one month has expired .what should be my stand on that data? my advocate say that he will plead that it was a typing mistake. thanking you in advance.

Wish to get married to my love one after getting exchanging engagement rings with other one

Since more than past one year I am in relationship with my colleague but I was of a thought that I may not come off in longer run and I might want to spend whole life with her so I thought of moving ahead and got engaged to a girl. my fiance came to know about my past relationship and still she accepted me. Somehow I did not get along with her nicely and could get comfortable with her till date but in meantime I started falling for my colleague and developed feeling for her. Here I seeking advise on the consequences and available remedies if now I get married to my colleague? Though I want that my fiance would be informed before I do any such act.

Thanks in anticipation

Want to know procedure to prove the truth in the contents of document?

I Want to know procedure to prove the "truth in the contents" of document? (contents are proved)

I am not able to understand the concept specifically how to prove the truth?

Should I summon the creator of document to prove that truth in the contents?

In following cases to whome should I call?

Wife has submitted 3 documents pertaining to husband.

1.One document is photocopy of his recent job change and salary increase.
2.One document is certified copy of nazar report.
3.One document is photocopy of certified copy of 'rojnama'.

Husband has submitted 1 documents.

4.husband has produced the photocopy of last year's tax return and bank passbook, In lieu of Court's order

Note: husband has not produced the original but the photocopy in response to court's order on 'notice to produce'.

Please help me understand it.

My understanding is based on somewhat similar/analogous example 'confession given by accused to a magistrate is receded somewhere other place than witness bos, doesn't that reqire to prove the 'truth in the contents' of his statement of confession again?

Then why any other public document is necessitated to prove 'truth in the contents'? aren't we doubting UNNECESSARILY that public document may not be truthfully written?

Should i move an application in court ...

I had asked this question and it is resolved but as i need a littler clarification so asking this ques.again, please help me.

The Landlord filed a Case for Non Payment of rent u/s 14 (1)(a) of the Delhi Rent Control Act claiming that he had sent a Legal Notice to the Tenant for Non Payment of rent and Increase of rent by 10 % as per the Lease Agreement from Rs.1000/- to Rs.1100/- to which the tenant never replied.
The tenant claimed before the court that he had never received any such notice and he had already paid the rent in advance to the landlord.
The case continued for non payment of the rent on its merits and the court passed an intereim order u/s 15(1)of the DRC Act to deposit Rs.1000/- per month as rent .The tenant is duly depositing rent @ Rs.1,000/- as per courts order in the treasury for last 6 years.
Now the Landlord again sends a Legal Notice to the tenant claiming a further increase of rent to Rs.1100/- AS PER THE LEASE DEED from coming month.

Can i move any kind of application in the Court so No risk arises as some case laws may be adverse or a simple reply to the notice will be enough.

Thanks ...

Power of attorney

A flat is in the joint name of Husband and wife. They wish to give a power of attorney to their son to take care of the flat and to give it on rent etc. The son wants to give the flat on Rent and register the leave and license agreement. The husband who is the joint owner is out of town on some work.
1)My question is can the wife who is a joint owner give the power of attorney to the son alone. 2)if No then with that POA can the son register the flat. 3)If NO then what will be the Validity of the registered agreement enetered by the son with that POA.
