Sir/Madam,
There is a case pending regarding declaration of title, of undivided paternal ancestral property inherited from paternal grand father located in Kerala.. I am one of the plaintiff and there are 3 other plaintiffs and one respondent. Two other plaintiff who are with me ( my sisters ), are not co-operating to conduct the case property nor prepared to give me power of Attorney, and are trying to drag on the issue. But I am interested to deal the case and to get positive end, but my sisters/2nd & 3rd plaintiffs are wantedly dragging on the issue.
What is the legal remedy open to me to this ?
Dear Experts,
Kindly guide me...
I'm a resident of a rented room on 2nd floor.
My landlord is destroying all my mails and correspondences as he wants to evict us. So I want to install my own letter box. But he is threatening my that if I'll do so then he will break the Letter Box too.
Sir, I'm preparing for CIVIL SERVICE EXAMINATIONS and those call letters are important for me. So what to do as he has good hold in the locality.
Thank You With Warm Regards.

I have a shop in Nagpur for which I have won the case in 2012. We had given shop to one partner / tenant since 1968 due to health problems of my father . The partner kept one pan thela wala namely Gupta in the year 1969 with verbal consent of my father. In 1984 we filed a case for ejection & possession & ultimately won the case from SC in Feb 2012. When the Pan Thela wala was inducted our relation were good with our partner. Post 1981 legal proceeding started to evict the shop. That time in good faith we did not disturb / challenged the possession as it is occupying small portion of ( 3ft by 2ft) total area of 240 sq ft of whole shop. Since SC judgment has come in my favour, pan thela wala is scared to get evicted, he filed a case of adverse possession against us. Needless to add here that the shop was allotted to refugees from Pakistan in 1948 to my Grand father.
Whether he has got the right to claim under law of adverse possession though we have won the case for entire area of 240 sq ft. He is unofficialy paying ( rent)rsomething to our partner for to which I am not the party.

After the dead of parents the property situated at different places were equally transferred and mutated to all brothers and sisters. Although all the property has been sold off by all legal heirs except one property situated within city where I was staying and also occupied by my elder brother. Due to my service at other state my brother took possession of the property and filed civil suit (permanent injuction)by producing an affidavit attested from notory of year almost 17 years old that the said property has been signed by me that I have no objection to the said property if given to my elder brother. I have procured the copy document from the court and found that my full name is written on the affidavit in my own handwriting but not my signatures as on date today also I am using same signatures for the past 20 years and to prove this I also have sufficient government documents like driving licence, bank passbook & passport which shows my signatures. My query is that the court had given stay on the property and in the time being can I also file complaint with police to investigate from where the affidavit is procured since the name of the stamp vendor is not mentioned and even the notory name and number is not mentioned on the affidavit of value Rs.3.00

First of all I thanks all the advisers and advocate on the lawyersclubindia for giving their valuable advice. Further my query is that from time to time I had to go to attend court cases at my native place where my property is situated and taken forcefully possession by my own brother after the dead of my parents. He threads me that he shall file false complaint with police. Is there any solution if he files false complaints against me what can be immediate remedy.

dear sir,
i seek valuable advice on the following issue.
1. i was allotted by lottery a plot in gurgaon by HUDA. the total amount was paid by october 2000 in instalments as were the terms of the offier.
2. a condiition s no 7 of the allotment letter dt 2.3/1995 reads as under:-
'The possession of the site will be offered to you on completion of the developments in the area'.
I DID NOT GET ANY COMMUNICATION FROM HUDA AFTER 1997.
IN MAY 2012 I GET A LETTER FROM HUDA , THE ONLY LETTER I GET , IS THAT
'UPROKT PLOT KI OFFER OF POSSESSION 30/01/2000 NIRDHARIT KEE GAYEE HAI'
meaning that it has been decided to deem date of offer of possession as 30/01/2000.
they have been levying interest , now upto 380000, on the basis of the condition of the allotment letter that 'interest shall accrue from the date of offer of possession'.
When i asked them to send a certified copy of the offer of possession sent to me in 2000 they could not do so.
my query is
1. are they legally entitled to levy interest from 'the date of offer of possession' without sending any such letter.
i repeat that in response to an rti filed by me they stated that the offer of possession copy is attached but it was not.
2. what remedy should best suit me

whether dis-closer of details of the property /assets is mandatory in the execution of petition/proceedings. if is not mandatory, please refer the judgement in which it is laid down.
X has given power to Y, both situated in tamil nadu, for finance purpose. On the day of registration Y gave 2 lakhs and said the rest 28 lakhs will be paid the next day, as per mutual understanding. But the problem now is the promised next day has not come for the last 1 month.
(1)For cancellation of Power, is Y required in the register office according to the new rules?!
(2)Y says he'll give the documents back along with a sign in a Promissory note (cause of the 3 day holiday in tamil nadu), is it enough to cancel the power?!
Please Help!!!
No document - but need legal remedy
22. The ancestral property (paternal ) is old 80 years and has crossed 4 generations. Now my parents died during 1992 . Hence the original parent documents are not available with me. Earlier there was litigation , & matter went to High Court, & as per judgnt of High Court , the property was divd into 2 – sellr & buyer ..Apart from this, remaining land is with me , and I need legal opinion for the same. Regarding any share , be given to my sisters , who were all married during the year 1976 & 1992 respectively?
Whether legal opinion will be given to me without parent documents ? But I can produce the High Court’s copy instead of original documents.
