Dear Peers,
Have recently enrolled as an advocate and am doing a case of suit for recovery on behalf of plaintiff. The defendant has not engaged a lawyer and filed a WS himself. In the WS he has not specifically denied or admitted the allegations in the plaint. Also WS is without affidavit. I am required by the court to file replication. Can I take plea in the replication that since nothing has been specifically denied, the defendant may be deemed to have admitted and that WS without affidavit may not be admitted. OR I have to specifically deny/admit in my replication the averments made by the defendant. Thanks

In the SLP against the judgment of Punjab Haryana HC the court did not give time sought to the appellant and ordered " Leave granted stay rejected ". Since stay is not granted can the respondent proceed to get the judgment of the Punjab Hariana HC IMPLEMENTED. .it TAKES 6-8 Years for the SLP TO GET numbered and after implementation of the HC judgment nothing will be left in SLP when it comes up for hearing after several years. What is the implication of " leave granted"

Hi Sir,
My father would like to gift the self-acquired property that he has obtained during his life time.
I live in Bangalore, while the property is in Mysore. I understand that there is some clause that the possession of property should be taken to make the gift valid. As I am unable to physical possess the property, is there any issue with such a gift deed.
Please advice
Thanks
Jai Prakash
