MY CLIENT IS A LICENCED PAWN BROKER,HIS SHOP WAS ROBBERED BY SOME ROBBERERS IN PAST 5 MONTHS AGO,HE LODGED A COMPLAINT AND POLICE ALSO REGISTERED A CASE UNDER IPC AND UNNAMED ACCUSED,HE DID NOT INSURE THE JEWELS,NOW THE PUBLIC HARASSED HIM TO RETURN THE PLEDGE JEWELS,HE GAVE SOME JEWELS AND CASH TO SOME,BUT NOW HE CANNOT GIVE ENTIRE AMOUNT.BY THIS TIME,IF ANY POSSIBLE PROVISIONS TO TAKE TIME FOR SETTLEMENT THROUGH CIVIL OR CRIMINAL OR WRIT.PLEASE VERY VERY URGENT EXPERTS

An ex-employee of a Delhi based company,whose Employee Provident Fund (EPF)account was maintained from Meerut EPF Office.In EPF Act ,if a person open a Provident fund account then another two account was simultaneously maintained by EPFO i.e. Employees Insurance Scheme & Employees pension Scheme.In Employees Pension scheme ,no service charge or administrative charge was taken by the authority.Now the ex-employee duly filed his form and submitte it on june 2012 before EPFO ,Meerut.Now the person settled in West Bengal and filed a consumer complain before District Consumer Forum for deficiency in service with compensation for not providing pension in pension scheme in time.Now the Dept claims that Pension scheme will not come under Consumer protection Act as no service/administrative charge was taken.My qestion is:-Whether pension case will not come under C.P.Act?Please cite suitable case Law.

The Writ Petition in Question is either for the Case which the police is Not Registering OR is the WP For the Particular POLICE PERSONNELS for Their Alleged Misbehaviour.

What is the period for filing appeal against an Order passed on Exh 5?
In the instant matter Order was passed on 16/08/2013 and application for certified copy was made on 13/09/2013 and the certified copy has been received on 19/09/2013 and appeal is to be filed on 20/09/2013 - whether the matter is under limitation or application for condonation will have to be made?

Dear Member kindly advice me;
One of my friend working in same organization wants to adopt a child from his relatives in Dehradun. I have consulted number of my freinds for legal procedure but they were unable to provide me the same. But one of my friend who too had adopted his younger brother's daughter told me that an advocate made them to fill some form which was executed by him and his brother which they later got it registered. Now that advocate contact details has been misplaced; hence i approached this forum.
will be thanful to the members to provide me the legal procedure for adopting child.

I want to challenge an affidavit filed by some body before a court. The affidavit has been sworn at a place on a day when the person who swear the affidavit was not present in that place(he was away about 500 kms). I have supporting documents that he was present in a place than the place the affidavit has bee sworn before the oath commossioner/ notary.
What will be legal provisions applicable and any case law that can be used by me ? kindly advise.

In civil suit i filed application for rejection of plaint for the jurisdiction point after 4yrs the case is in trial stage,
1- as such will the plaint [suit ] be rejected as seeked.

In a case of bogus registration by land grabbers, I have petitioned various authorities in the registration department from sub-registrar to the inspector general- registration for cancellation of the registered documents under the Tamilnadu Registration Act(Properties) enclosing all my documents/fabricated documents and also evidences obtained under R.T.I 2005 to prove that the documents submitted by the other side are bogus and fabricated.
I would like to know whether this act is in force at the moment?
Also what other remedies are available to me to get the falsely registered documents cancelled?
Also, I would like to know what other measures I should take to prevent the land grabbers from selling off my land.
