There is another option- you may file a complaint case before the Chief Judicial Magistrate of your locality. Don’t forget to mention about the misbehaviors of the police personals with their names and designation.
You may try this option instead of knocking the door of a High Court and it is so simple

I agree with Mr. Partha. The writ courts hesitate to take up the case when alternative remedy is available in law.
