We had asked the court to give 1 month time as we wanted to change our lawyer. But unfortunately due to some personal family issues we were not able to find a new lawyer.
What shall I tell the judge during our next court session? And to ask for more time.
Will this cause as a negative impact for my case?
Thank you.

Is there any clause of counselling is present when husband has filed a false case of divorce against his wife. Husband and his family was involved in continuous domestic violence with the wife like beating, dowry, abusing and many more. But the girl was suffering all the pains and never took any actions against them. Due to all their tortures Wife fallen sick and now mentally depressed. All the expenses of her treatment were borne by her family members only. Lastly they admitted the Girl in hospital and went away leaving her to her family members only and said that they will take her back when she will be fit. In the meanwhile Girl's Father-in-law tried for Divorce by threatening the girl's father. But the girl's father denied the same and told him they will talk once the girl gets fit. She is living at her Father's home since last 5 months and they never tried for reunion. Later on the Husband filed a false case of divorce in family court. When Girl received the notice of said case She took help of an advocate and sent her husband and In-laws to withdrew the case otherwise she will go for legal actions. Further she went to a local Female Police Station falls within her jurisdiction. Their the TI of the Police Station said for counselling. Meanwhile girl on advice of her advocate also filed a case of domestic violence in family court. In counselling it was decided that as the girl is suffering from some decease so Husband said he will take her only when she gets fit. For this counselors have given three months time period to wife to get fit and said again one more counselling will be held after three months. In this three months both husband and wife have been told to make their relations healthy again through telephonic conversations as well as personal meetings. Even after this settlement Husband has not withdrawn his case of Divorce from family court.
So regarding above-mentioned case I would like to ask that is there any clause for such counselling when husband has already filed a case of divorce in family court??
What is the authentication of such counselling If the husband do any wrong activity with the wife during personal meetings??
Whether girl or her family member can deny the counselor's above-mentioned advice??
What should girl do as her husband i\has not withdrawn his divorce case even after this settlement???
Reply the above queries asap.

Hello Expert,
I am before a tribunal as a complainant. I am seeking relief as the complainant from the opposing parties. The Presiding officer has cited certain judgments from the highest appellate authority in the tribunal which has reversed the earlier judgement upholding the locus standi of the complainant whereas subsequently two other benches of the highest tribunal has reversed the order. I am looking for Supreme Court judgments wherein it is categorically stated that in such situation the benefit of doubt shall go the complainant and the complainant can rely upon the judgment that benefits him. Can some one help with the citations?

Dear Expert
Recently two days back suddenly my friends my suppliers started getting call from a third party collection agency of kotak bank claiming that they are searching from me as there is some due in my Barclays card which is taken over by kotak.
they claimed that indian embassy has given the details of my friends and supplier. I was in meeting at my suppliers end and it was pretty embaressing for me to receive collection call. I was shocked as In 2009 I finished all my relation with Barclays card paid of everything. After that there was no statement no information nothing as my card was closed.
Suddenly I get this call and I asked them please send me information as which payment is not paid so that I can make it but atleast I should know which one I have not paid.. its more than 4 years now I don't even remember which payment what was the transaction and when I have paid. No one keeps record of payment for so long. I did not receive any closing statement from Barclays even after follow ups. then I left it.
now this third party has put my name in cibil and blackmailing me that unless I make the payment they will not remove my cibil rating. now its unfair that I don't even know what transaction made on which date they are asking, whether my card was used by some one else as I have made all the payment.. without details just to take my name out of cibil I am been forced to pay,
Can any one help me as what is this? as cibil only speaks to bank and they are using cibil to take out money.
How to come out of this.. feels its cheating.. hence I don't want to pay thought the amunt is not big. I am surprised since 2009 no one contacted me and suddenly there are embaressing calls and black mail using cibil.. and I am surprised how indian embassy is giving out data..without verifying why these people are asking.. its shocking...

I paid payment via chq to Reliance BB, due signature mismatch bank stopped the payment and sent the chq to Reliance. Reliance disconnect my BB service, i paid payment by cash and request Reliance to return my uncleared chq, as bank wrongly stopped the payment and now agreed to refund penalties deducted from my SB account but on production of uncleared chq. i.e. with Reliance.
Now, Reliance is not giving my uncleared chq back, despite i have paid same bill payment in cash and next bill payment with Rs.100/- penalties.
Kindly advise what legal action can be taken against Reliance a Police Complaint first or directly legal notice or consumer court.
Please guide, tnx and regards
Appeal against appointment of receiver in section 6 of specific relief act, 1963
suit under Section 6 of Specific Relief Act, 1963 (for brevity said section) is of summary in nature. Section 6 (3) specifies that no appeal lies against any decree or order passed under said section 6. District Court allows application for Appointment of Receiver under O-40 of CPC. then under what section or law an Appeal in respect of interlocutory order of appointment of Receiver in suit under said section 6 lies. which are the reported supreme court or High court judgments.
