As per law of the housing society, only persons having motor vehicle should be given stilt parking.
In our society one person informs that he has paid for stilt parking from the builder and has a letter of allotment with a number given. But he did not own any car and the parking is vacant for the last 3 years.
The society has request hime to give him parking to the society as he did not own any car at present and the society informed that the society will hand over the said parking once he buys a car.
Is the society is right in making a request? Whether society can charge maintenance from the person who is not owning a car?

In our society builder has allotted stilt parking much after the sale deeds by way of allotment letters after receiving money from every one and has given some numbers and in some letters no numbers instead stated one parking.
In some letter of allotment the number given by the builder for stilts is different from the approved plan parking numbers. The society has requested the residents to move their parking to the allotted number as per plan approved parkings.
Is the society is correct in doing so based on the parking numbers given in the approved plan

In our society Mr Shah has purchased a flat from MR Jain. Mr Jain the original owner was given a letter of allotment for a stilt parking by the builder after receiving consideration of Rs.1.00 lac. The letter of allottment says that this letter of allottment forms part of original sale ded and hence no separate registration was done.
Mr Shah has purchased the flat and also a mention has been made in the sale deed that he had purchased the flat along with stilt parking and also mentioned in the schedue of properties.
The society now says that when the first owner himself cannot purchase or the builder can sell the stilt parking, Mr Shah is not eligible for stilt parking and society has asked him to vacate the stilt parking.
Is the action of the society in asking the iind purchaser to vacate the parking is correct

Hi,
My father had availed credit card 15 years back and i am not aware clearly but he had cleared all dues.
After 6 years he started getting calls saying he has not payed the dues and they have charged the penalty interest to 4 lakhs.
One day he got a letter from advocate asking to attend a civil court.
My father had multiple organ problems due to diabetes and was not in condition to step out of the house, all these info was shared to us later on.
My father expired last year,Suddenly i dono how but someone got my number and called me and started asking if i were my fathers son and that there is a court order in my fathers name and started abusing and harassing me, when i said my father is no more he abused me more and threatened me and kept call.
He knew my house address and my place of work.
He threatened me he will create havoc at my work place.
I want to know whether:
1)Since my father is no more will this issue be resolved/become void.
2) Or will the issue be passed on over to me since am the heir.
Pls help, I am actually in lot of debts due to my father's ill health and now because of that call i have lost peace of my mind.
Seemed like he was a recovery agent.
