A Treasury Department FOOLED the Applicant and the Information Commission by giving false information in response to a Order in Appeal was passed by the Information Commission in the year 2007.
The Appellant not satisfied with the Treasury Department information filed a Civil Suit in trial court on the same subject against the Treasury Department. The Suit was for recovery of some revenue.
The Treasury Department once again submitted the same false information in its counter affidavit in a Call for Records / Documents Petition in the course of trial in the suit.
The Appellant / Plaintiff in the year 2012 managed to get the correct information from the Auditor General of India and other relevant information from the Treasury Code.
The Treasury Department has come to know that the Appellant has gathered all relevant evidence against them and deliberately delaying the proceedings in the suit on some pretext or other.
Now (year 2013) my query is can the Appellant / Plaintiff bring to the Notice of the Information Commission the wrong doings of the Treasury Department and make the Information Commission pass order to the Treasury Department to furnish Correct factual Information during the pendency of civil proceedings ?
How will the Information Commission be helpful at this stage ?
Thanks in advance

Dear Sir, I rented one shop to open Ice Cream Parlor. My landlady is a widow of 55 yrs old and lives alone. She made a market complex outside her residence. She initially was soft and co-operative. We made an agreement and she assured me to help.
There was no electricity connection when I was handed the shop, Since electricity NODUE of last tenant delayed by department.
On the trust I have invested a huge sum on its infrastructure.
Just After investment my landlady is denying to allow electricity connection to my shop and not agreeing on any request. Day by day I am suffering heavy loss, as the invested amount is taken as loan from Bank at high rate of interest.
she has given in written to electricity dept not to allow any connection in my name without her written consent.
Now JE of my area is not ready to give connection but he suggested me to get court order, that is only solution. Can anybody suggest how to get this order?
I am highly worried .. pl advice me the right legal steps.
Hello
As mentioned in my previous posts I am a director in a company which has gone bankrupt.
However I had not pledged any of my property or assets for securing a loan.
Secondly the reason for the company to go bankrupt is due to money swindling and wrong judgments of the other director.
How can i explain to the bank that I had no role in any wrong doing and
Can the bank attach property which has not been created by company assets and has never been pledged.
Plz resolve

Sir,
My mother demised with out any will. She received that property during partition. I believe that, the fallowing are legal heirs to that property.
1) Me and my younger brother
2) Wife of One of my demised elder brothers.
3) Two married Sons and one married daughter to one of my demised elder brothers.
4) One married son and three married daughters to one of my elder brothers.
5) One married son and two married daughters to one of my younger brothers.
6) Myself have one married son and two married daughters.
7) Five grand children of more than eighteen years.
I am managing the asset. All the above mentioned have no objection to transfer asset to my name as per my mother wish.
Sir, Please suggest me the best procedure, how can I get the asset transferred to my name permanently.
what should be the jurisdiction of malicious prosecution ?
as per section 19 of cpc suits for compensation for wrongs to person or movables- where a suit is for compensation for wrong done within the local limits of the jurisdiction of one court and the defendant resides or carries on business or personally works for gain suit may be instituted at the option of the plaintiff in either of the said courts ...
but my query is that whether the suit can be instituted at the jurisdiction of the court where plaintiff resides...?
sir,
we are SC & ST people , we want to register one union, kindly suggest under which act we have to register this union. kindly advice what are the procedure we have to follow, where we have to register in bangalore ,karnataka,
thanking you
Lok adalat compramised
the case was compromised in the lokadalat in the year 2013. petitioners, legal heirs of purchasers filed the case in the year 2004 with the old registered document in which sellers , purchasers and witnesses are died except one witness who is the seller's son is the witness in the old (30 years back about 1965 document) registered document .the property is ancestral property of the witness (great grand fathers property)and he is the minor at the time of sell as his witness taken as thumb impression.
1.the seller's family(has four children) sold the property to the third party in the year 2002.actually they does not know about the old document and they have pattadhar passbook and revenue records.
2. the legal hairs of the purchasers filed the case in the year 2004 (title declaration and permanent injunction suit )against the witness and his elder son as two defendents not included other family members and compromised in the hon'ble lokadhalat court.during the pendency of the suit the petitioners sold the property to another party.
3.the bonafide purchasers(THIRD PARTY) of the said land in the year 2002 has "possessory agrement of sale document" which was executed by the all the family menbers(ANCESTORS OF LAND ,witness and four children).
Q1.CAN WE(THIRD PARTY) FILE THE CASE FOR SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE TO REGISTER THE SUIT LAND AGAINST THE FAMILY MEMBERS AND OTHERS(PETITIONERS AND RESPONDENTS OF LOKADALAT COMPROMISED SUIT).
Q2.NOW THE ONLY WITNESS OF OLD DOCUMENT SAYING THAT THE OLD DOCUMENT THUMB IMPRESSION IS NOT MINE.AFTER THE LOKADALATH COMPROMISE ,HE HAS ANY RIGHT TO CHALLENGE HIS THUMB IMPRESSION IN OTHER NEW SUIT.
