Cancel the power given by grand father to a person

Gud morning Experts
My grand father had gave power to
Mr. X for his land in 1995 (12 acres)( power given to maintain and sell the land)and the power has been registered too in 1995 and he gave only 2 lakhs amount and started selling the land as lay outs and in 2006 grand father expired and now i came to know that he has not payed the full amount to my grand parents and now i cant able to find the land documents and i have applied for EC and it shows that the 12 acres has been sold to 81 parties from 1995 to 2014. 1.)My doubt is now can i claim the remaining property.
2.) can i claim for the property which he had sold after my grand fathers death
which is after 2006
3.) and how can i take position of the remaining property ....
Thank you

Transfering gas connection when the case is in court

This is a rent evac case and i am the tenants son. The case is going between my widow mother and landlord.
The gas connection is in name of my late father, and i want to change it to my name.

Is there an issue in doing so or is it not allowed when a court case is going on for the rented room?
