Minor having attaining majority has no papers relating to this property or that fact treasury related material. All legal papers lost / stolen by relatives. No parents have survived.
On visiting Treasury Department they are showing unofficial records and declaring in writing that no deposit was made by the concerned.
How to extract information from the Treasury Department?
Thanks in advance

As per Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act,1948 one land ad-measuring 30 gunthas owns by one person and that person's name is comes on 7/12 the extract. This person has got purchase certificate by his name as required under s.32G of BT&A Act, 1948. This person is going to sell this property. However, his cousin is restricting him to do so and asking for her share and for that purpose she has filed a civil suit against him.
Query_ On the basis of purchase certificate my case will be strong or his cousin is entitled to get her share?

My elder sister got married 15 years ago, she has her own business and also runs big school, her husband is renowned businessman, has lot of property in NCR, hill stations and in small towns.
I’m doing satisfactory job. My mother has a small property from maternal side, my maternal grandfather & maternal grandmother is no more now it’s been more than 8 years, and my father is no more too.
Now plz tell me does my sister has a share in this maternal property? If yes, then plz let me know how much share.
And also if she has the share then how should I proceed so that she can’t claim it in future.

A complaint filed by housing Society against a member under 101 mcs act for recovery of dues is pending with the Asst registrar since sept 2013.the respondent member in his reply has accepted that his dues are not paid for last 7 to 8 years because agm notice was not served, Audit report not recd and the account of other members not shown likely several flimsy issues.
Society has also attached the g.r copy 374/14 of 2002 directing all the cooperative registrar to not to entertain the defaulter members complaint unless all the dues are not cleared by him.the society is pressing the Asst registrar to follow the gr issued by Governer of maharashtra. But the registrar is asking various documents from society to submit which are not concerned with the 101 complaint.the related documents like accounts statement of defaulter member.copy of demand notice etc is already submitted along with the complaint. The asst registrar is saying that gr of 2002 is very old and we are not following it. The society says since mcs act is made in 1960 you should not follow that also.Asst. registrar is hesitating to give recovery certificate.Since it is a quasi judicial process the society has not appointed a lawyer. My query to all experts that how to proceed in such case and where to complain about Ast registrar's
abnormal working and delaying the matter.

A flat was rented out from which the two legal heirs my father and my aunt used to receive rent from the tenant.
My father expired 10 years back.
I received a cheque and a letter from the tenants regarding payment of rent to my father's share in the rent some 10 years back.
I never deposited the cheque and henceforth i never received any further rent or correspondence from the tenants.
Recently my aunt sold of her 50 % undivided share in the said property by executing a sale deed.
My queries are-
1.Do i still have the right to this property being my fathers only legal heir as it is been 10 years and i have never claimed any right on this property.
2.Was it legal for my aunt to sell her share of undivided property as she just executed a sale deed to the same.
3.Can the tenants of the property give the possession of the property to the new co owner of the property as i have no correspondence with the tenants for the last 10 years if they are not interested with carrying on with the tenancy.
4.Can/Should I send a legal notice to the tenants claiming my rent for the last 3 years which comes under the limitation and also state them to not to hand over the possession to the new co owner alone without my consent.
thanks a lots ...
Is it valid to add amendment to plaint in same application as for adding heir for passed plaintiff
plaintiff passed away. So his son makes an application to bring him as next plaintiff and in same application ask for amendment in the plaint.
Is this valid? that even before new plaintiff is brought on record , he is asking for an amendment in same application.
Or first his son needs to be added as plaintiff and only then he can ask for further amendment.
